I must say this place is just worth the money, the manager Mr. Balakrishnan, is a wonderful person, he made sure myself and my colleague have had dinner as due to the lockdown all outlets were closed in Coimbatore. The rooms are Spic & Span no comments on the amenities as it's nothing short of a premium hotel stay. This place is worth the money spent. I must say, will surely recommend this place to all.

This is a very well maintained property, neat and clean. The reception area is on the ground floor/ basement, besides the parking. First thing you would notice is that the reception area is very neatly maintained. It is less than 200 meters from the main road and don't be put off by the narrow approach road. The parking is big enough to accommodate ~5 sedans and ~10 two wheelers. The owner, Mr. Sivakumar, soft-spoken and a true gentleman, is a good host. I stayed in a room that had an attached balcony. The room and the bathroom are not big but just enough. The mattress is very comfortable. There is a common kitchen area. Since this is a fairly new property they are still adding more services. I would definitely recommend this place for a family.

This apartment is located away from the city centre but closer to NH 544 suiting travellers. We had an overnight short stay here and it was decent enough. Booked the room (with Balcony) through Goibibo for 2K. This is located very close to the main road but Google Map takes you via interior long routes. Call up the reception for guidance to reach quicker & easier. The building is situated in a dead end road, hence you will not have much disturbance from traffic. But the roads are narrow and turns might become difficult for bigger cars. Covered parking at the premises possible only for 2-3 cars, rest will need to rely on street parking. Less staffs and you might’ve to carry some of your luggage. A small lift that can fit only 4 people is available. Rooms are provided in 3 bedroom apartments and you will have company unless all are booked for yourself. In the common area there is a kitchen cum dining space but I think you can ask for kitchen utensils if planning for simple cooking. Rooms are compact and bed is small (only suits 2 or 2 + 1 small kid at max) but they do keep a single bed, pillow, sheet & blanket in the apartment for your use, if required. AC cooling was okay but we felt it could have bit more power. Balcony is nice to have but doesn’t give any view other than adjacent buildings. Lot of mosquitoes in the area, keep your doors and windows closed. Bathrooms are tiny and congested. Dental kits were not provided, we carried ours so didn’t ask either. Only bathing gel is provided. Individual geysers in the bathroom ensures continuous hot water supply. Complimentary breakfast was simple with plain dosa, vada, chutney, upma and a coffee but tasted good. They have a kitchen which can dish out a fairly decent menu, both veg and non-veg. The person at reception who seems to be the caretaker/owner is jovial, approachable and speaks multiple languages. He encourages to put good reviews on Google which answers the doubts some of you might’ve on high ratings. Having said all these, it’s a decent accommodation to stay within budget especially if you are on a road travel.

Scammers. They won't accept online booking if u have paid and they'll say they are not with the booking websites and will demand seperate extra money. Please do not fall for this scam.

Very Worst experience from the front office. Too much questioning about personal details.bad hosting and food pricing was too high. Didn’t expect that I will face such an horrible situation. Since I booked room through online they asked us to leave early. Also the room doesn’t have any kind of supplies such as soap, bathing towel , glass , etc nothing at all. The owner or manager I don’t know who he was so cunning. The stay rate is so expensive when you book through online and it is ever more expensive when you come there and book .

Nice clean place, tastefully done and maintained. The host, Mr sivakumar was pleasant, & so was his new caretaker Mr. Pranesh. Make sure you check your needs beforehand with them as it's a serviced apartment and they shall procure it and install beforehand if it's possible. We needed some kettles toasters & they promptly arranged for em.. Food options are swiggy or dine out currently.

A very calm and peaceful place to stay. Boys who were for service are very well behaved and the service was also very good. Rooms are very well maintained. DTH facility (local channels were not available but had amazon prime, hotstar, youtube, browser etc., They also provided free wifi) was unavailable at the time of our stay and they said that it will be fixed soon (may be by now). Overall a nice place that could definitely be recommended for a stay.

One of the best place to stay in coimbatore. The place is very clean and safe especially for women. Room service is very nice. The manager (Balakrishnan) and owner of the property are very friendly and caring. 24/7 manager is available for any help. He is so kind and humble. The hotel (Absolute Briyani) he suggested for food is so good and foods are very tasty. Such a nice place I ever stayed. While staying there I felt like my home.

We, a group of 25 members went Singanallur attending for a wedding we stay here 20 hours including a night. Our stay was very pleasant. Shower water comfortable soft while compare other areas at Coimbatore.

This is my first time in Coimbatore. I visited for my Brother-in-law's marriage; we came as family so we came came over to Sarvam Serviced Apartments for a 9 day's. Oh My God! What a beautiful place the rooms the halls perfectly felt as home especially about the terrace and the s*** connor party spot and much more if I ever visit Coimbatore I'll stay only at Sarvam.

Fair Customer Service: The customer service, while not extraordinary, was acceptable. The staff was responsive to our needs and requests during our stay. Cons: Substandard Food: One of the most disappointing aspects of our stay was the food. We decided to have dinner at the apartment, but the quality left much to be desired. Unfortunately, it was so unsatisfactory that we decided to skip the complimentary breakfast. Untidy Bathrooms with Minimal Space: The bathrooms were far from what we expected. They were not only untidy but also lacked adequate space. This made it uncomfortable to use them, and we were left feeling quite cramped. Dark Alley Feeling: Although the location was close to the main road, the surroundings gave off an uncomfortable vibe. It felt like a dark alley, which made us uneasy, especially when returning to the apartment late at night. Not Highly Recommended: Given the overall experience, I wouldn't highly recommend Sarvam Service Apartments for a family stay. While they are budget-friendly, the issues with food quality, bathroom cleanliness, and the ambiance of the location left a lot to be desired. There are likely better options available in the same price range. In conclusion, Sarvam Service Apartments may be a suitable choice for those on a tight budget, but be prepared to compromise on certain aspects of your stay. If you prioritize cleanliness, good food, and a comfortable ambiance, it might be worth exploring other accommodation options in the area.

Sarvam Serviced apartment has comfortable AC rooms and wheelchair friendly. The price is also economical. The staff are also courteous. However access to the property is through a narrow lane in a dark alley

Good services and neat one … breakfast was complimentary . And food was really good like a home food..

"Home away from Home" would be my expression if anyone asks me about Sarvam Serviced apartment. Since we travelled with children and our stay was planned for 4 days I was looking for a service apartment with kitchen facility to avoid hotel food. Believe me, we had all the kitchen equipment and utensils that one would have in one's own house. The apartment is newly constructed one and it was neat and clean and more importantly safe. The facility manager was very friendly and forthcoming. One can approach him for any assistance at any time since he is present 24 x 7 at the hotel premises. If you happen to see a soft spoken person with salt and pepper hair during the mid day at the front desk, then that gentleman is the owner of the apartment :-) who displayed his mobile number at the front desk for any assistance to the customer. In a nutshell, Sarvam might not have the grandeur of a star hotel but it has all to make one feel at home. Its worth trying.

Certainly not a pleasant stay. We regretted every moment being there. And they should stop calling themselves as serviced apartments, it's more like a cheap hotel with apartment structure. 1. Room was too congested. No room service on regular basis. They won't provide any toiletries. 2. Community kitchen is non functional. If you have any plans of cooking for yourself in this serviced apartment then please don't book this property. No utensils/ cutlery are provided to cook/eat. 3. Even drinking water is not complimentary. 4. The location is proximal to the main road but the area surrounding the apartment is deserted and unhygienic. Literally people were peeing in those drainage infront us.

Manager Mr Hamsa is very hospitable. The room on the 4 th floor is good . They charged us a bomb. Nothing too great and it's the smallest lift I have ever seen. No plates no cups,dirty dust bins. good to host a bachelor's party. Absolutely full of cigarette smell. Parking is difficult as it's a bumper to bumper parking.vert difficult and tiring each time to park. It's in a very tight corner dead end.

We stayed at Sarvam's from the 9th to the 14th of June 2022. Given it was our first time in India we were extremely happy to be welcomed by the amazing people at Sarvam's. The rooms were nice and clean and the employees were extremely nice and helpful. Especially our receptionist, Sangeetha, deserves a particular mention as she was always there if we needed anything. Overall it was a great experience and we can only recommend it. JMK

Located very near to Singanalloor Bus Stand.. Walkable distance from Poorvika Mobiles. It's a 3 floor service apartment. Lift facility is there . Rooms are very clean. The tariff includes complimentary breakfast. Rest rooms are fitted with top class bath accessories.. Tariff for that part of the city may look like a bit on the higher side. Yet bearable considering the very good service. The only flip side is a very small parking space ( for Max 10 vehicles ) (You may have to leave the vehicle key with the reception counter over night for obvious reasons !! ) Mr Sivakumar who seems to be the property owner, was very helpful.. Definitely worth a stay for the money

We stayed one day, Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staffs were Helpful. Definitely recommend to Friends, Good for Families, We check out early morning, could not taste their breakfast. Cost is slightly high.

It is a very good service apartment. I stay there for more than one year. I got variety of good foods and ultimate service. The behaviour of all employee is best. They are of supportive nature. Rooms are also in good condition with everything in maintain condition. I feel like I am staying with my family. Location wise also it is nearby to Airport, bus stand, hospital, police station and many more good places to visit.
