The looks of the café are undoubtedly beautiful but it’s very fooling. After a few visits I decided not to come here again. One time the cake I ordered was moldy (which is obviously a no go), I did get a free piece after the inconvenience but it does not make up for missing food quality. The prices are ridiculous and portions seem like they try to save as much as possible (2€ extra for 3 tiny pieces of bread). Milk alternatives also cost extra and the service is very slow. The cute ambiance does not make up for all this. Service isn’t being treated nicely and don’t seem like they enjoy what they are doing. Would maybe recommend this place for getting a coffe to go (also very pricy) but not more.

We had a lovely time at Sylvie's Cafe. We ordered hot chocolate, nizza panini with tuna, and the panini with tomato,cheese, pesto, etc. The prices are a little high considering the portion (7,90€+8,90€ for the paninis) but all items were delicious. The waitress was very friendly. We sat outside but the decor inside is really cute. Overall, a satisfactory experience!

Would not reccomend this place. Long waiting times, overpriced and the food quality is average. We waited half an hour for a few beverages and some food. The cake looked old and the mixed drinks were mostly water. Nice interior but not very convincing.

A cafe with cosy atmosphere on the inside and refreshing on the outside. Beautiful location with excellent offerings.

We visited this place to enjoy some refreshments and a good piece of cake. We were not disappointed. The interior looks amazing, like in Vienna but with a slightly modern twist. Loved the armchairs! All tartes looked fabulous, but imho, a good cheesecake is the best indicator for quality - at least for me. So I tasted it. And this was awesome. Creamy with a slight vanilla touch providing sensations on the tounge. I tased the so called best cheesecake of the city in Bamberg, cheap ones, luxury ones. Chessecakes from beginners, homemade ones and I need to happily admit, that this was the third best I have tasted so far. It was worth the price, despite the price is above average. Service was nice, friendly and helpful. I am not sure whether it was related to the weather, the event or due to the interior, but it felt like a reminiscence to the coffee house culture of Vienna. Thank you!

Very beautiful cafe with very nice cake and coffee...

No knife and fork when hot food served (perhaps have them on the table so guests don't need to wait especially when its busy ) Coffee (americano) served as only half a cup and orange juice half a glass . Lovely location friendly staff, but just portions and service perhaps need tweaking 😉. Otherwise it was a nice breakfast .

One of the best places to treat yourself with amazing sweet stuff and delicious coffee. Staff are nice, friendly and prices are reasonable. Warm sunny days make the terrace of the café one of the best places to have fun with friends or relax. The chocolate cake is still awesome.

Coffee was great the cakes were delicious. Staff was a bit slow though and the store wasn't even packed. So try the place if you're in the area but bring some time and patience.

We are from Australia and travelling around Germany. The coffee we had in Sylvie's Cafe was the best that we've had in Germany. The food was also excellent and the staff are very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!!
