I don't recommend this place for food, as the quality is not present. They served us those already pre-made frozen Rösti. The pana cotta we received was still frozen when served to us.

This concept is a bit weird. Go in and find out yourself. You can not expect quality food here. They tend to use convenient products, you will see and taste it. Not good :-( I had the truffle Risotto and it was definitely not fresh cooked. The service is fast and friendly. Toilets are clean and well equipped. Big bar is a plus.

It's a decent place to have lunch/dinner with friends & family. Great ambiance and the food is also good (although the pizza crust was a little stiff). Tiramisu was great though.

Chaotic service with our large group. They managed to get a few meals and drinks orders wrong. Not sure that the food was hygienically produced in the kitchen as we could see staff through the hatch which was off putting

Pretty nice place which is conveniently located at the railway main station. Nice staff and a menu card that covers almost everybody's wishes. Furthermore, a very well done interior, tidied up and spacious. We were three and had a perfect evening. Clearly recommend.

Horrible! Stay Away!! It's close to the Frankfurt station and I went with a colleague since our train was late. Ordered a beer and 2 pasta. Came quickly. My colleague ordered with mixed seafood and after one spoon realised that it was stinking bad. I too tasted and it was clear that the seafood was spoiled and was 100% not fresh. We called the waiter and asked him to take it away and replace with a fresh dish. The owner came. Didn't say a word and picked up both our plates, the beer and told us to get lost!!! I have never seen such a behaviour in my life. I was so shocked I asked him what service is this? He said we are liars and to never come again! If this is service, imagine what's going on in the kitchen. Even 2 other guests were nodding their heads and looking at their own food now. DONT go here.

We ended up in this Restaurant by accident and it was a real positive surprise: appreciated very much the appetizer from the kitchen and the ordered food (in my case hand-made Tagliatelle with grilled chicken and a special sauce infused with Chili was lovely! On top the staff was very friendly! My first time in the "Panino", but definitely NOT THE LAST TIME!

Food was good, pasta little bit over cooked, like Cordon Ramsey said. Anyway it was tasty. Coffee on the house was nice surprise, ++.

This place is a real gem. We were waiting for a late train and stayed for 3+ hours. Lovely pizzas and delicious tiramisu and Apfelstrudel. Ari and Pano were so cheerful and lovely and they have a wonderful welcoming manner even with their long working hours. We will definitely be visiting again if in the area!

As Formula 1 was starting in 15 minutes, and I was staying in the Bristol at the opposite side of the street, this was my place to bet on to get food in time for the start of the race. Before I knew it I had ordered, waited with a delicious espresso, got my pizza in my hands and I was on my way to the hotel before I knew it. Friendly folks too! Start of the race was amazing, my favorite driver started first and lead the race after the start. And the food? Well it was amazing! An amazing pizza during an amazing race. It couldn't be better. Guys from Panino, thank you for your service and awesome pizza! It was delicious!

The ambience was very cool and well maintained and the outdoor seating was closed at my visit due to snow. Food taste was just ok. Service was not great but ok. overall experience was just okay but not great.

Great pizza and my husband liked the steak and potatoe fries. They have a great happy hour. The staff understood english which is great for us travelers. The staff was very friendly. They have a good selection of drinks. We would eat here again if we travel back through.

The food is good ... but the service is superslow... Infelt like invisible My risotto was a bit salty too and for a brazilian taste a bit more of ice cream or a smaller portion of strudel would be nicer.

Salad was way too sweet. We were not pleased with the added service charge (as an item not even a percentage?) of 7EUR in the bill.

The food was wrongly sent to our desk. The Schnitzel got no flavor at all.

I ordered some steak in the restaurant and before that I already told them 3,4 times to make sure that my steak is medium rare. But when they served me the steak it came out as medium or almost well done. When we asked the chef to come up he was just ignoring and didnt really try to fix anything. Staff was extremely mean and rude didn’t even want to help. Supper disappointed and never order steak here cus its gonna tasted like cardboard.

We visited with a larger group and got a good overview of the dishes. Turkish/Greek dishes were decent, the other were low quality. The place looks nice, but you have to know that if you're offered three starter plates for the price of two you will in fact pay three, that some dishes come with salad according to the menu but you still have to pay the salad extra, that you'll pay six € for .75l of tap water if you order still water. So all in all it's a bit of a rip-off for food at kiosk-level quality.

We went there too early like 10:30. They were still busy to open the place. But gave us a big warm welcome and let us have a meal there. THANK YOU!!
