The best massage I’ve ever had! I had a knot in my shoulder for years (that some therapists thought was a weird bone 😂) and my massage therapist melted it away with her god hands! It was a super relaxing experience and I can’t wait to go again.

I went in late July and it was my first time ever getting a massage and no other massage I had ever since made me feel the comfort of this one that I was able to fall asleep so quickly. I also didn't think the pressure the masseuse could do would be too great so I chose really hard pressure but was proven wrong in that for a small person she really made it hurt but in a good way.

Thank goodness for Eri Yamada! My muscles were feeling very tired and sore after walking around Tokyo, not many therapists here will take pregnant clients, but luckily Eri knows how to do a prenatal massage for trimester 2 clients! We have been here many times and always appreciate all of the therapists, but I was especially thankful for Eri this trip!!! She knows exactly how to find and treat the muscles that need it most after a long day/week. Thank you again!!!

Staff was friendly, service was excellent (English option included). I felt totally refreshed after a session in their hands. They also offer a choice of oil fragrance to better suit your taste. Risa was caring, asking every so often if the pressure level was correct with me. She expertly gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I would recommend this place to whoever needs a moment of relaxation near Shinjuku.

Friendly staff who are able to communicate in English as needed. Accepted me as a walk in as they happened to have availability (Tuesday lunchtime). Beautiful decore and a fantastic massage in a tranquil setting. Highly recommend this gem.

Professional and skilled staff. Went as a couple after 2 weeks of travelling around Japan and both were in need of a massage to destress and we weren’t disappointed. We opted for 2 x 60 minute oil massages. The staff were very attentive and professional. You are given full change of clothes and underwear. The staff are respectful of your privacy and also provide hot towels if you choose the oil massage. If I were local I would come back but until next time!

Extremely difficult to book an appointment without local Japanese phone number. I had to pay much more for a similar massage elsewhere as this place would't accept my booking on phone. Being available on WhatsApp was not enough. Not many options for visitors to get local Japanese phone number. It's difficult to understand why having a local Japanese mobile number was so important to get a massage at this place. The place seems to be popular and my wife and I wanted to experience the services. Unfortunately, the unreasonable blocks for visitors like us meant that we had to look for this service elsewhere. The staff was polite on the phone, but this company policy is unreasonable. Hope they change and be a little flexible.

After 15 days in Japan the massages were a life saver, so I went two times in two days and both times I got Kameno who is very good at her job, can provide good deep massages as well, and is also very positive, energetic and kind! I highly recommend her. The only negative, which could be a cultural difference I don’t know about, the “full body oil massage” massages don’t include your palms and the whole front part of your legs (thighs and calves) even if you selected those as your “tired parts”. As I’ve only been to massages in Europe, maybe it’s a cultural difference in Japan and they don’t massage those areas here so I won’t take a star off that. All in all, will return again when I’m back in Japan!

Eri was great! She’s very careful and gentle when handling your body. I enjoyed my full body massage a lot! Definitely helped relieve my back pain from walking so much! Highly recommended! Will come back again! P.S. you get ¥1000 off for first time visit!

Popped in for a massage to kill time before bars in Golden Gai opened. Arona did not disappoint! They fit us in with no reservation and Lisa did an amazing job, we will be returning before we head home

We had a Japanese friend make the reservation for us since we didn’t have a local phone number. We had a 90 minute massage and was given a choice of how the time was spent. I chose to have my legs focused on for 60 minutes and then a scalp massage for 30 minutes. The masseuse was good but wearing a face mask and having her cover my eyes with a towel felt claustrophobic. Also, when I was laying face down, I wasn’t given the option to put my face down into an opening on the massage table so I had to put my cheek against the pillow and my neck wasn’t very comfortable twisted to the side like that. I was pretty fidget-y through the massage because I was trying to find a comfortable position with my neck and the mask being the biggest challenges. I’d suggest the masseuse be more in tune for future customers who look uncomfortable and ask if there is something that needs to be adjusted. If I could have put my face straight down instead of turning my head to the side, I think it would have been better.

One of the best massages I ever had.. will definitely come again. They have heated beds and will offer you a change of cloths. They are very friendly and alway busy so you need to book in advance

My partner and I needed massages from our travels and the service here was fantastic! Asked for the hard massage (they have levels) and they delivered beyond expectation. The people who work here are very lovely and very professional. Highly recommend for everyone to go, worth every minute!

Very professional massage! Last day of my stay in Tokyo, I decided to do a full body massage to end my trip, especially after 8 days walk. My whole body is very sour and painful, and I had a 60 min oil massage and a 30 min reflexology massage, and therapist was very professional and technical, the room is very cozy, I got a very deep massage from the scalp to toes, definitely will visit again when I traveled to Tokyo again!

Massage was pretty good, very firm deep tissue massage. Lost 2 stars mainly due to what I assume is a management issue in that there was no receptionist. Both of us had our massages interrupted several times because the masseuses had to run to the front to deal with customers or phone calls.

Booking: Was able to book same day via store visit around 8:00 PM and scheduled at 9:30 PM for the treatment. Oil Massage + Reflexology. Treatment: LEGIT. Highly Technical, professional and respectful. Definitely knew where the knots were and the releases were great. Can compare to getting a treatment with a physiotherapist or even better. Ambiance: Room was well-organized and was provided with drink and massage clothes. Overall, recommended. Probably one of the best massages I had in my lifetime. Highly recommend for anyone staying in Shinjuku, was exactly what we needed after days of exploring Tokyo on foot, left feeling relaxed and recharged for the rest of our trip. Staff are amazing, polite and friendly very impressed 👏 🤩

THIS PLACE DOES NOT DO HAPPY ENDING so don’t even bother asking. Walking 15-20K steps a day in Tokyo really had my feet and back feeling quite sore and tired so I decided to book a 2 hour full body massage. My therapist, Lisa, was very welcoming and lovely to chat with not to mention I felt much better after the massage cause she did such a great job. I went and got massaged by Lisa 2 more times during my stay cause I really enjoyed her company and she always did a fantastic job with the massage. Will definitely be coming back here the next time I’m in Tokyo. Arigatou gozaimasu Lisa!
