Visited 6/21/22 around 5am. No donuts. Ordered a grilled cheese and an iced chai latte. I got a cold cheese sandwich and a large milk with spice in it. That’s 10 bucks wasted. I’ve come here maybe three times in the last 2 years and it’s been the same.

Mackenzie makes my coffee just right every time. She remembers my order and is very friendly. The staff here overall is great. The coffee is good and the atmosphere is always light. The GM Lola is also a great energy in this location.

Total disappointment. Look at this sad bagel. Ordered a plain bagel, lightly toasted, with butter. Got a burnt bagel, with the largest center hole of any bagel I’ve ever seen. It was like a bagel chip. Extremely stale and just…look at it. Went straight in the trash, completely inedible.

I just wish my orders were correct. When they make stuff right, it's great. But normally it's wrong. Two sandwiches today were missing the bacon. Yesterday when I tried to get the same sandwiches, they didn't have avocado. It's very hit or miss. I literally go here every day.

This place is a joke. There is no order of drinks to match the order of orders as they can’t keep track of anything. Then they didn’t even get the donut order…and they are a donut store. They used the excuse that they are not notified by the machine when donuts are ordered. I guess they only focus on coffee now. Then I ask the manager 15 mins later for the order and I hear her tell drive thru that “you see a line and what do you expect?” Well I’d expect things to be processed in the order it came in. 25 mins later I’m finally walking out. I usually don’t go all “Karen“ but in this case I fully understand why people do!

Went in for a dozen donuts and a coffee and was very happy with the service. Staff is nice, friendly, quick, and you can see they do their best instead of just doing the bare minimum!

This location is by far the worst one around! If you have the time to stop at another I recommend taking that few extra minutes to stop somewhere else!!! Went in and my total was $34 and some change. They absolutely refused to take my $50 bill!! Makes no sense! They always take forever to even get to the register to help you out and don’t even think about placing a mobile order and going through the drive thru to pick it up!!! They just stare at you and pretend they can’t see the order so you have to tell them what you got. Most unprofessional and slack dunkin I have EVER been to.

The drive-thru cashier has a nice-nasty, attitude. I've been to this location 3x because it's near my ortho and they always add cream to my coffee when I ask for sugar only. I'm never going here again!

This is the slowest Dunkin I have EVER been to in my life. There was not a single person taking orders inside and we were ignored for 15 minutes then asked to place an order on a kiosk. One coffee, muffin, and egg bites took 30 minutes prepare, and we had to remind the staff of our order multiple times. If you are tight on time do NOT come to this Dunkin, you will wait longer than you could ever imagine.

It’s a good place but they charge you for extra BUTTER!!! Even when they don’t put enough. Like I’ve never heard of such an and the other locations I’ve went to NEVER charged extra butter and put just the right amount! And my mom ordered coffee the same exact way she does at the other location and she and she DID NOT like it AND when we got our order it was COMPLETELY wrong so NEVER coming here again and I’m thinking it may be a new manager so that may also be the problem.

This is one of the worst customer service locations in Summerville. The kids they have working there have no respect and need to be replaced asap.

After attempting to use the app to take adavantage of a deal, my card was charged 3 times before I knew it. I immediately cancelled the transactions because the deal did not work because if technical issue and was told to contact corporate for my returns. Corporate said 12-14 days I’ll see my refund when I email over all. Order online for a store and this is the result if wrong, not exactly great service. Atleast I like the coffee, but I prefer human resolutions if possible

I roll up around 5:20 today (6/13) to a massive drive thru line-no big deal though, it goes by quick. I get up to the speaker and the sweetest young lady helps me out, very polite and very obviously good at her job. When I come up to the window i ask about her morning and find out she’s the only one in the entire building because her coworkers called out I was baffled. This girl was handling about 50 people by herself within 20-30 minutes and i was only in the line for about 5. She deserves a raise or promotion @Dunkin

Thank you to Robert (I think)in the driveway through menu for the delightful smile and kindness on this evening. I had had a rough day and he was the one to make me realize that sometimes people can just be kind to strangers and be happy. Yes yes the coffee was good and donuts good as well. But to the gentleman who served at the drive through window with some extra caring in his heart, we thank you tremendously.

I don’t go to Dunkin’ because they are the same . I ordered just a simple hazelnut hot coffee they gave me a large regular coffee. Why can’t people do their jobs right nobody was in line and they still messed up the order. What is wrong with these employees.

Just order two bacon egg and cheese croissants got sausage egg and cheese that's burt.also bought 2 small ice coffee and they were terrible!!! I will be Calling home office because I was hung up on and I will be returning food for my refund

Love this Dunkin! They are always so sweet and energetic! The food and drinks are usually out in a timely fashion and are always good!
