Stars.
I
sent
my
spouse
this
afternoon
to
get
exactly,
Mexican
taco
combo
with
soft
taco
supreme,
cheesy
roll-ups,
a
cheese
quesadilla
without
the
creamy
sauce.
And
three
hard
tacos
supreme.
Not
only
were
they
completely
rude,
but
the
entire
order
was
messed
up.
I
understand
customer
service
can
be
difficult
but
if
it's
not
something
you
want
to
do
you
shouldn't
be
taking
it
out
on
the
customer.
And
I
can't
even
get
my
order
fixed
because
they
claim
that
their
receipt
machine
is
down
and
they
don't
know
how
to
answer
the
phone!
I
have
problems
with
this
Taco
Bell
all
the
time.
But
normally
they're
not
big
enough
mess
ups
for
me
to
feel
like
I
need
to
call
in.
I
guess
this
company
doesn't
really
care
about
hearing
from
their
guests
anyway.
The
way
it
was
thrown
together
was
completely
disrespectful
there
was
no
care
or
thought
put
into
the
way
this
food
was
made
and
the
orders
were
wrong.
It
seems
like
the
manager
needs
to
whip
her
store
in
order,
stop
being
their
friends
and
get
rid
of
people
who
aren't
actually
trying
to
work!
