They will take advantage of you with door dash. I put in a 50 dollar plus order. I promise you that half of the food was literally not what i ordered and food was missing from order. No sauces or condiments were present from order. The manager actually asked me if i was calling to tell him that he wasnt doing his job. Ummmm yes. You arent. Ever heard of QA!!!! Pathetic workers complaining about making 10 bucks an hour and cant even make a feaking taco or get your order right. Wont go back. They have lost my business. Now i have to go thru door dash for a refund. But thats taco bells lazy peeps point.....pawn it off to poor ole door dash. Like i am going to drive 20 minutes for spit in food.

The food is good and the slushee is even better! I also got the cinnamon twists (which were so good) 🤤

nobody in front of me at the drivethru at 530pm. Now I know why. Ordered a #7 chicken quesadilla combo. Drink was fine ( I dont know how Wendy's at the flying J keeps messing that up) however the chicken was heaped into just the 2 middle pieces and there was no quesadilla sauce on it. Just chicken and cheese

The dine-in area is NEVER open. Every time I walk over from work it's always locked. I'm not about to go to my car and use the drive through for a place that takes me about 4 min to walk to from work. Adding to this. Just went in today to try and get lunch (luckily the inside was open) but the staff was RUDE! I go to the counter because I'm paying cash not card and trying to decide my order. Girl near says "go to the kiosk" without even checking how I was going to pay. All the while they're joking and being rather loud in the back disturbing the customers that were dining inside. If I could give this place a 0 star..I would. It's by far the worse taco bell I've ever been to.

I only chose one star because you can't choose zero Stars. I sent my spouse this afternoon to get exactly, Mexican taco combo with soft taco supreme, cheesy roll-ups, a cheese quesadilla without the creamy sauce. And three hard tacos supreme. Not only were they completely rude, but the entire order was messed up. I understand customer service can be difficult but if it's not something you want to do you shouldn't be taking it out on the customer. And I can't even get my order fixed because they claim that their receipt machine is down and they don't know how to answer the phone! I have problems with this Taco Bell all the time. But normally they're not big enough mess ups for me to feel like I need to call in. I guess this company doesn't really care about hearing from their guests anyway. The way it was thrown together was completely disrespectful there was no care or thought put into the way this food was made and the orders were wrong. It seems like the manager needs to whip her store in order, stop being their friends and get rid of people who aren't actually trying to work!

It's taco bell. Nothing to be impressed by. However this location has the nicest staff. So 5 star for them.

Spent 35 minutes waiting for our 2 tacos, 2 chelupas, and two drinks. The food came out but not the drinks, waited another 8 minutes for the drinks. No line, only 2 cars in the whole drive through and about 6 employees. How is that possible? We got home and realized that the order was completely wrong, there were 4 quesadillas and that's it. Super frustrating, not worth going back but a waste of $25 and an hour of time. I recommend finding somewhere else.

My favorite location in the entire Lowcountry! These folks actually care to give you food that tastes fresh and you get what you paid for not a half filled taco! Highly recommend this location !!

I have ordered 2 orders for me and my family. The girl that was taking my order on 1/13/24 at 12:26am kept on interupting me, getting a attitude with me, the entire reasteuant was acting unprofessional. I ordered 2 chipotle ranch grilled chicken burritos with extra cheese and instead I got NO CHEESE what so ever on both burritos. I asked to talk to the manager and I get laughed at for having a speech impediment. I told the manager that was working what was going on and she laughed at me as well, All she wanted to do was say that it was a teenager taking my order with no appology or anything. The reastraunt was verry messy as well with lids to cups all over the floor

I'm not sure what happened. It used to be my favorite taco bell, and then one day, it seemed like the overall quality just took a tank. My orders always came out perfect, and service was speedy as I was a regular here. However, recently, it's been the complete opposite. My orders get messed up, things get forgotten, and it takes a long time to get my food, and it seems to show with other folks that are in the store as well.

Honestly, I ordered through Door Dash so I can only assume atmosphere but these guys marked everything, got the order perfect, layered things correctly so that tacos weren't broken, and made sure we had sauce which is ALWAYS been forgotten at other TB's. Can't wait to order from them again.

Taco Bell is superior in the fast food world. And they NEVER forget napkins which is super duper important to me. The nice lady manager always acknowledges me when I come in to pick up Ubereats or DoorDash orders. I love this location. SUPERIOR 💪🏼
