Above and Beyond Customer Service . My wife was recently referred for a root canal . The procedure went well but we had a miscommunication about follow up . Her temporary filling had been washed away due to time . We were unaware that we were supposed to follow up with our primary dentist . We entered the fabulous facility with all intentions to be met with obstacles. They were fantastic at Handling our issue . From the receptionist , who told us that she would work us in today . The assistant , Penny, took us back to answer questions and a new X-ray . Dr. Morris assessed the issue and repaired it on the spot . There was no hassle, no rescheduling, no blame put on someone else . It was just fantastic service !! Thanks so much for your kindness and professionalism.

I had an excellent experience here. They were so gentle, explained everything they were doing. The office is very nice, very clean. Friendly staff. And they did an amazing job numbing my mouth. My entire life I haven’t been able to get fully numb at a dentist, which led me to have very bad fear of dental work. But I didn’t feel a thing, and even the shots to numb didn’t hurt. Also, in the past, my entire mouth got pretty gross during dental procedures and required a lot of rinsing post-procedure. That didn’t happen at this visit. I had a root canal and the rest of my mouth stayed clean. I didn’t feel like “I need some water!” when they were finished. Great experience. Will definitely return if ever needed.

My dental office referred me to Dr. Strange for a root canal before getting a crown. I was nervous when going in because I’ve never had one before and didn’t know what to expect, but she told me how it’s done and made sure that I was comfortable. I didn’t feel anything during the entire procedure and went home with only very minimal pain after the numbing wore off. I would definitely recommend Dr. Strange to anyone, she is the best at what she does.

Great place. They were able to schedule me for my procedure very fast. The dental hygienist (not sure if that title is correct), Haley, was really awesome. She made an effort to make sure I knew everything that they were doing and she’s super nice! Also the girl at the front desk was welcoming and nice too. I recommend this place, although I did have a little trouble finding it in the plaza. I think the sign should be more prominent so it’s easier to see.. 🔎😊

I didn't feel a thing! The whole staff at this office are very professional and welcoming. Dr. Morris and Haley make a great team and ensured i was comfortable and relaxed during my procedure. I asked to be numbed me pretty good, “We will make sure you don’t feel a thing!” they replied. Overall, a surprisingly pleasant experience.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a root canal. The front office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. MCAbee are wonderful was the best. They are personable, put you at ease and are very efficient and compassionate. Will certainly recommend this practice to family and friends.

This was my first visit to Charleston Endodontics West Ashley. Great experience from the moment I walked in door. I was greeted by Monica who let me know that Dr.Steinkruger and Sierra were ready to see me. Sierra walked me through the entire procedure before we began. Dr Steinkruger described the equipment he would be using as we progressed through the procedure. I also want to thank Hannah for assisting during the procedure. Sierra call me the following morning to see if I experienced any discomfort overnight. I was happy to report that I had no discomfort at all. Charleston Endodontics has a fantastic facility and staff in West Ashley. The professional staff members are friendly and very calming. It has been a while since I have witnessed this level of customer service in any business dealings. Dr. Steinkruger provided exceptional care and calmed any anxiety I had. Monica took care of my insurance coordination and follow ups. The entire team is first class. I highly recommend Charleston Endodontics for your dental procedures.
