I placed at order at 5:55pm that stated it was on its was to me at 6:05pm with a delivery time of 6:17pm, which then changed to 6:20pm. My food did not arrive until 7:30pm and when I called to ask where it was a request a refund due to the food taking over an hour longer than stated, the "man" i spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, cut me off and denied my refund. Do not tip this place in advance for delivery, i wouldnt not have tipped at all if i knew i would be spoken to that way and that my food would take that long and arrive cold, mushy, and missing items.

It the most discussing ever ordered he meat lover's was dried out couldn't even cut it with a knife and my pan pizza was cold and nasty I put it in the microwave and it turned hard....for 34.00 dollars I expected to be able to eat it not throw it out...

Food is great salad bar is clean and fresh everyday and Amarah has to be the nicest staff member there she’s always attentive and making sure guest have everything they need.

Walked in and wanted to use the restroom first. I tried the door handle it was locked. I turned around and found a guy at the counter and went to ask him to buzz me in. He looked absolutely petrified and ready for confrontation. He says really slow and deliberate "pick-up or online order." No greeting, no smile. Why would he think that I'm a threat? 🤷🏾‍♀️ He also told me the restrooms were employee only but there wasn't a sign anywhere that said that. It wasn't welcoming at all. I didn't end up buying anything after that..

Ya know i will say pizza hut has good food. There' s only 1 reason they dont get 5 stars from me. PRICE. I actually really like the food but $38 for a med pizza and 8 wings is a bit too much. We usually go about twice a year. If they could be a bit more competitive it would be a lot more.

How disappointing is this place? Let me count the ways. Obviously, we will skip over the fact it's Pizza Hut. You gonna visit the Hut, you know what you're in for food-wise. No, this is about the location. I live 1.5 blocks from this place. Down a one-way street right off the store - you can't get here without passing by the store. And still, the times I was foolish enough to order, instead of our pizza arriving super-hot and fresh due to proximity, it would arrive an hour late, tepid. But, okay. I decide I live close enough I'll always do carry-out instead, so I can get it hot. Show up to get my order at the promised time, and they'd just started it, say it'll be 15 minutes. I ask if I can use their very visible bathroom in the lobby, and am told no, there's no public washrooms. I'm just done.

Food is always incorrect and when you ask them to make it right you're told you have to drive the pizza back yourself

Pizzas are $28 dollars a pop. And not really worth it. I'd rather go to dominos.
