Best coffee spot in Washington!! If anyone is in the SeaTac area I would highly recommend Kappa Espresso. Amazing coffee, excellent customer service, squeaky clean and overall good vibes from the time you walk thru the door. Proud of you Bini and Senait!!

When you are getting out of Seatac airport & looking for coffee, you will be surprised to find Kappa Espresso with the highest rating in the area. When you drive up to the location, you might miss the Coffee shop sign. This is opposite to Key Bank and on the same building which has Seatac Barber and Seatac Bakery. When you enter the small coffee shop, you are welcomed with a smell of grinded coffee smell and a smile & someone who asks your name and asks about your day before asking what you want to have! The bakery goods shelf attracts you instantly! We ordered Coffee Latte and Cappuccino. They had good aroma and seem to have been roasted longer to leave a strong aroma and a slight smoky flavor. We also ordered the Cannoli which is not the Italian version but a flaky pastry filled with not-so-sweet custard which we loved. It had the right sweetness and good flaky-ness. Parking is a nightmare as there is no parking on the street but something on the side which feels like someone's home!

Kappa Espresso is a wonderful small coffeeshop near the Sea-Tac airport. What sets them apart is the incredibly hospitable staff who were pleasant to talk to, very helpful, and great at what they do. It's seldom I find a coffee shop with blueberry syrup, but the blueberry latte I got here was perfect.

What a beautiful place! Amazing selection of drinks and pastries! I love how they are dedicated to make sure you enjoy your drink before you leave and if there is anything they can add or redo to make it to our liking, they will! I tried the hot mocha and it was so smooth and the perfect amount of sweet chocolate and espresso. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend giving this small business a chance when you’re in the area! Thank you!

Kappa Espresso is a wonderful little coffee shop I came across on my way to the Duwamish river. This is a family owned coffee shop tucked away just off the main road. The barista was very welcoming and friendly. She asked if I had ever been in before, and welcomed me. After making my latte she asked how it was and if there was any way she could improve it for me. This coffee shop roasts their own beans. This is my first time here and I really liked the flavor of their coffee. Amazing friendly service, and wonderful coffee. I will be coming here often even though it is not real close to where I live. Kappa is worth checking out. Thank You Kappa, you are a great addition to the neighborhood. HappuccinoLife.com

Lovely little espresso spot near SeaTac. We went in after seeing all of the 5-star reviews and our expectations were surpasses! The owner is very friendly and you can tell that she loves her work. She opened the spot right before the pandemic, and it is so great to see that it is still standing and thriving. The coffee was the perfect hot temperature and felt like a hug in a cup. Highly recommend!

This is a family run cafe, and the brothers are very friendly! I loved the iced vanilla latte and the almond danish. Highly recommend trying this out. Also, it's on the way to the SeaTac airport, so grab a coffee on the way!

I went to Kappa Espresso because it was close to the SeaTac car rental facility. The reviews said the coffee was strong as hell and really good. They were not wrong. This place is great. The two brothers who operate the place were very friendly and proud of their business. Rightfully so!

The place is cute, the barista (and owner?) was extremely friendly, and the espresso was delicious. I got the espresso that you'll see in the picture in an oat milk latte and oh my goodness, I just had to keep record of what it was so that when I'm back in SEA I can buy a whole bag and make my own! So yummy!

Don't sleep on this cool little coffee house! I stopped by on a snowy day for a much needed cappuccino, and was greeted with a warm and friendly "good morning!" The shop was nice and warm and smelled incredible, and their baked goods all looked irresistible (the cookies were great). The coffee hit the spot, and I will definitely be back when I'm in the area again. Check them out!

Visited Kappa yesterday afternoon with a coworker and was immediately greeted with kind words and a smile. The owners were gracious and very friendly. And on top of that, the coffee was so delicious 😋! They also have yummy pastries. I don't live here, but plan on making it a stop prior to the airport when I get ready to leave and any other visit to the area... def recommend!

I started my trip in Washington and ended it in this coffee shop. I was driving around the state and sampled quite a few of coffee shops and Kappa can definitely compete with any of them. The people who work here are coffee aficionados. I mentioned my love for Ethiopian coffee and sure enough, they handed me a cup of Yiragachefe to sample. The service is very welcoming and there’s no feeling of being rushed out. The high ratings for this place is definitely justified and earned. It’s definitely a pleasure to get to experience the coffee and hospitality of this super cool place.

My husband and I love Kappa. It's honestly the best coffee we both have ever had. Everyone is always so nice and the atmosphere is so welcoming when we go in.

We stopped here for a much needed coffee fix after a long flight from Tampa, Fl. We had just picked up our rental car from SeaTac car rental and had a 5 hour drive to Walla Walla, we were taking the scenic route! We found this lovely little spot from google maps and happy to say this wonderful tiny coffee shop was huge on flavor and friendliness. The person behind the amazing white mocha with an extra shot was so sweet and helpful! Oh and the cream puff was the stuff dreams are made of. It was light and creamy and was devoured in a minute!! Lol… If you’re ever in the area or just want something delicious to pep you up please stop in! Everything about this place was pure gold!! To the lovely young woman working on Sunday June 18th at 11:30am. Thank you for making an amazing white mocha and for being so kind! And those cream puffs are so yummy!!

Our barista was super friendly, but the coffee was trash. We were hoping for drip coffee, but the young lady said she could do an Americano. It ended up tasting like yesterday's coffee, reheated and watered down. Also, no real cream - just small little individual cups. This is strange for a shop. A coffee cart? Maybe, but this is a store with food cases. Why no drip coffee? Why no cream? Why such limited food? I'm guessing supply and demand? I get how a tiny little shop might want to make coffee that goes to waste, or have cream that spoils... but just because your shop is called kappa 'espresso' doesn't mean you don't attend to the basics. Just my opinion. Minimal and very unique snacks, the blueberry muffin was unfortunately not great either, so a double"miss" this time. We were looking for an egg sandwich, advertised online in a picture, but none were there. Just pastries. I love writing good reviews and I love supporting small businesses, but I don't see this one making it long-term, unfortunately. Honestly, we had better coffee at the 'bikini batista' a couple blocks away.

I can remember only a few times when I've been drinking my coffee hours later at work and repeatedly think, "Man, this is really good!" That is the experience here. Nice tidy little shop, owner is super nice. Coffee is the best. Parking is a little wonky. Park at the bank across the street for easiest access in and out.

First time visiting today and got an oat milk latte and a pastry - WOW. Already knew my drink was going to be good when the owner/ barista? made sure I try it before I leave! Bonus that they’re friendly and easy to chat with!

👍👍 Outstanding food for very fair prices. Fed three hungry guys extremely well for $30, had the (massive) meat combo. Already a repeat customer and will certainly be back. It's generally loud inside, lots of native Ethiopians there always. Decently decorated, clean and very kind staff. Have always had...
