    The technician that did my mammogram was awesome very friendly and professional. Also the front desk people were also very pleasant. My only complaint is that my appointment was for 2:00 and I never got called until almost 2:25 p.m.

    The scheduling department is extremely incompetent. They changed our original appointment to an earlier date and when we showed up they didn't have my wife's appointment, and said it was never had the original date in there system it was for a date that was never told to us ! They blamed the back office, and rescheduled her for another day. Unbelievable!

    The ladies at the check in were very nice, kind, patient and helpful. I’m not that great with technology and had left my card at home in my sweater and they helped me very kindly and patiently. The technician was very kind, polite and helpful. Keep up the awesome work you all do. Bless you all!!

    Lizett and the technician at this facility were fantastic!! It was stress free, they were incredibly understanding, and over the top helpful ! This location by far is the best imaging place in the area. My husband also had imaging a while back. And feels the same way!

    My partner called before his appointment to make sure he had all necessary documents, the receptionist said everything was all set. When we got to Simon Med we had to wait 1 hour so that insurance issues could be solved. One of the receptionists( a southern woman from Texas) was extremely helpful and kind. Where as the other receptionist was loudly on her phone talking about extremely inappropriate topics she was also being very rude to incoming patients. The experience could have been significantly better if the rude receptionist would prioritize the customers coming to the business

    Initially, I had an appointment at 3:15 PM, but they sent me a text and told me to be there by 3 o’clock. I was there at 2:45 and checked in. I wasn’t seen until 3:45 PM, so why had me come in 15 minutes earlier, I have no idea. The tech was very Professional.and accommodated my problem of laying flat on my back without pain. The procedure was a little painful, but with the neck problem I have, it wasn’t unreasonable. All in all it was very good and I would go back to them for other imaging.

    This location went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I felt safe and heard throughout the whole process as MRIs can be very traumatic because of the small space and loud noises, but it was medically necessary, and I had to do it. They made it as comfortable as possible. I came here for a follow up imaging on a previous injury and they treated my kindly and with compassion and I value that. I'd recommend anyone whose reading this to feel rest assured, this is a professionally run imaging group and they care about their clients. I appreciate the good service they provided.

    It was fast and efficient. The woman that took care of me explained everything as it went along. She was sensitive to my claustipobia. Would definitely come back and highly recommend. It was so easy to make an appointment

    I was very pleased that I was able to get in the same day I called. The staff was very helpful and professional. I had an MRI of my cervical spine. The only thing that I wished was that they had warm blankets as I was freezing and head phones as the ear plugs alone did not help much. Other than that, 5 stars
