Asked for a Wendy's Frosty I was told they were out. I felt as if they were just saying go away you should know we don't have Frostys at this time. I replied do you have any desert items available. I've been on the road all day just looking for a nice pick me up. They said No desert items available. So I ask do you have a chilli cheese fry figured at least that may work to cheer me up a bit. I received cold fries with watered down chili and sloppy cheese source. Tasted like water. I guess the manager and employee were to worried to even greet me they just kept talking about how they don't get paid enough to work there with their backs facing me at the drive thru window. Very unprofessional and inappropriate employees.

It's consistently the worst Wendys I've ever been to and that's the only place that this location is consistent. I'm 0-for-5 or so from there over the past 2 years and the only draw is the location relative to the highway. My last visit had me watch 4 orders get returned for being wrong and one of ours was missing fries and ended up with a chicken sandwich instead of a Baconator. Just close permanently so we can get something different, or get a new franchisee that gives a damn.

I finally used the kiosk to order. Apparently that is only way you can order although no one tells you. They were behind the counter talking horrible about people in drive thru. I caught Shantee off guard when she turned around and saw me waiting. When I told her I was just waiting on my food she just stared at me so I repeated myself and she said that is why I don't like talking to white people. The manager got me my potatoe and fries I was waiting on. We went to leave and I went back to get my receipt and she stated she would clock out to hit me.

BEWARE! I've come to this location for years when I'm here for work and always walked from my hotel across the street. This time I was denied service for not having a vehicle. If you won't serve me at then have your dining area open! Torie the manager said it's their policy but it's the first time I've ever been denied service. Fries were the nastiest I've ever had, burger and drink hit the spot. Torie shouldn't have a job!

We stopped here on our way to Siesta Keys, Florida. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was as good as if I fixed the burgers on my Blackstone. Plenty of parking, easy in and out of the parking lot. Highly recommend them, in fact we plan on stopping here on our way home. 👍🍔👍🍔

Waited 15 mins in drive-through behind 2 cars (both of which received normal amounts of food). Then, we paid for small frostys and received mini-frostys (half the size) instead. I’d recommend going to the next Wendy’s on your drive. Don’t stop at this one.

Food quality and quality very poor. Yes what you see in the picture that is white. That is the piece of chicken. It's supposed to be the #11 on a pretzel bun. How pathetic!

Been there a couple if times and EVERY time they are short staffed and the lobby is locked. I understand things happen however, it would greatly benefit them to have a sign on the doors stating that the lobby is closed instead of just locking the doors and us calling to see if they are even open. We elected to go to bk across the street as we wanted to stretch our legs from traveling.

Staff was super polite. My son's friend got to try a baconator for the first time. Achievement unlocked.
