Really enjoyed our dinner. Everything was fresh. Best sweet tea around. Spud Max and French Dip (choose 2) were delicious. Fast friendly service. And the best thing is they are open for dining in. Thank you, McAlister's!

Wrong food and when I went up to correct it the women just smerked and said “are you sure” and after I said it wasn’t in the bag she told me to check again. It was not in the bag and the drinks were wrong. She had a blonde strip in the front of her hair. I get places need workers but atleast make sure that have some what customer service.

The sandwiches are very tasty and healthy. The ice tea is also highly recommended as it is delicious.

Just tried McAlister’s fir the first time and it was awesome! I hit the jalapeño turkey crunch, one of their current specials. It was a great size, came with a pickle, And a side of mac & cheese was on point. Service was fast for take-out. I wish they had delivery!! I look forward to trying everything on the menu:) if you haven’t Tried this place I would highly recommend it.

My French dip and potato soup were ok. My wife found a hair in her sandwich and the customer before us also found a hair in their sandwich. Overall not a good experience.

Deli sandwiches are big and delicious! Garden turkey sandwich is very good as well as the ham and cheese. The carrot cake is the best I have ever had in years! Light and delicious with just the right amount of sweetness!

First time visitor from Maryland and loved the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. Food was good. Loved my Reuben sandwich with mac and cheese with lemonade. I would definitely come back when I visit the area again.

I patron McAlister's every time I'm in town. The last few visits I have been disappointed with the service. Even though I do curbside pickup and leave a tip, on a few occasions, I've had to go inside to get my food. Whenever my food has been brought out to me I've had to go inside to get missing items I also pay $1.99 for their cookies and it never fails that the cookies are so small and not worth the money. Overall, the food is good.

Been pretty busy last few times I was there and finding a clean table with a booth seems a lucky accident BUT the food is pretty delish! Always seem to get more for your buck if you go with the half sandwich with a half salad or half a spud. I always change up what I get...so far, not disappointed!

I just want to give a shout out to the young lady who took our order today. I ask for her name, she said her name was Tamia. We wanted to try something new and she took her time explaining how the menu worked (choose 2 etc) and told us which ones were her favorite. Just very patient and kind which was so refreshing! Thank you Tamia! The food was delicious and our over all experience was wonderful.

All the workers are great and friendly! Ja’Zyriah who took my order was awesome. She had exceptional customer service. She took my order and answered all of my questions with a smile and great attitude! The food is also always delicious!

Had some issues with the "manager" the cashier did something wrong and said that my payment didn't go through. I checked my account and sure enough, the payment did. After which, I was given an attitude by the "manager" and had a lot of deep breath sighs. I don't believe that she has the mental fortitude to work in the food industry. I explained I didn't want to be charged twice and still, she continued to be very crass and standoffish. As far as the cashier, she was sweet and very nice. Demote the manager and promote the cashier. Roles are definitely reversed here.

First thing I noticed walking into McAlister's Deli was the mouth watering smells. It was difficult trying to decide on what to eat because they had a lot to choose from. I finally decided on a turkey wrap that did not disappoint. For the money, the amount of food did not dissapoint me.

I've only been twice and both times the food was quite good. Nice step up from a normal sub place. Plenty of choices. But I came to leave this review because today I ordered carry out and every detail of the order was correct down to the lemon in the tea and the black cherry in the soda. For lunch time on a Friday, I fully expected something to be wrong or missing simply because of the order volume. I was impressed.

Love my King McAlisters Sub. Always fresh everytime I order. Still they need to pay attention to receipts though when you customize your orders online. I wanted pickles added to order. That part I get denied everytime.

Person taking order at the register didn’t listen when he took our order. First we ordered drinks,he said we didn’t,then had to pay $7.00 extra for drinks. Next food was wrong, Sent order back, Manger brought it back out to us and proceeded to tell us we ordered it wrong ,when we didn’t. Seemed like they really didn’t care about the customer service, just about the money

Me and my mom are considered regulars at this restaurant. We eat here on her lunch break 5/7 days a week and I order our food at the same time everyday so it’ll be ready before she gets there so she can go back to work. There have been times where my bread on my sandwich was too toasted, they’ve scrapped tomatoes off it when I asked for none (you could see the juice on the bread), the cookies have been too hard, my salads been messed up, but I’ve never had bad service up until the other day we went. There were no booths clean so I asked a lady if she could grab the two plates off one while she was passing it and she told me I could do it.. so I did. Nobody stopped me from cleaning it. While ordering, the cashier interrupted me to tell me “it’s a 20 minute wait on food if you still want to order”. I told her that was fine and that I come there almost everyday so I’m use to the times and she rolled her eyes at me. When my food was ready, I seen it in the window and asked her for it because my mom was there and she has a time limit, and she told me it wasn’t mine yet gave me the same food ten minutes after it sat there. I’m not sure what happened, but it will be a long while before we come back.

I did not care for this place at all. After placing orders we waited patiently until our food was served... An item was missing, so I brought to our waitresses attention & after grabbing our receipt she tells me I did not order that specific item because it wasn't printed on receipt. Ok well I don't care what the receipt does or does not say; I know what I ordered, & I could have done without the snotty attitude... System malfunctioned is the problem. The lettuce in my cesser salad was turning partly brown & wilted. I highly doubt I'll be eating there anytime soon.

Great portions and lots of selections! Their salads are huge and fresh too! We really enjoy the carrot cake slices and warm, baked cookies. They have tasty sweet tea also. We like to meet there and have our ladies luncheon once a month. The service is on point and the staff are always friendly!
