    This location is by far the worst I've been to now. I use to like coming to this McDonald's on 15, but now they just mess everything up. The past 3 times I've been there, they've messed up my order. Tonight they messed up my order again. The woman even told me what I ordered at the window and still have me the wrong stuff. I have no idea what the hell is going on with them, but they need to do a lot better.

    Food wise, It's a McDonald's so self explanatory. I stopped going to this McDonald's because the staff is rude and racist! They act like you aren't there and then when you order, they get an attitude. The manager, Tony, is just as rude as the rest of the staff. Very poor leadership on his behalf as it is teaching his employees to think it's ok and acceptable to act that way as well. Very uncomfortable atmosphere because of the staff. Not welcoming at all. I recommend going to the next closest McDonald's for a better all around experience

    The supervisors and managers are very nasty don’t know how to talk to the young employees or customers. Need to focus on getting people orders right instead of having attitudes. Had a so call supervisor tell my young son get the fu out her face. Very unprofessional but she wouldn’t know about that.

    I wish you could rate it 0 stars there is no option for that. I went to McDonald's driv thru to get a number one big mack meal with no salt on the fries. The person taking my order didn't ring it up that way we I requested that at the speaker. When I went to the second window I was handed a fry with salt. I stated I had a no salt 🍟. Was asked to pull to the third window to wait for it. After 33 minutes of waiting I was brung a cold no salt fry and cold big mack. It takes 3 minutes to make a no salt fry. Why was I waiting 33 minutes.

    The only McDonald's in Sumter county and I'm willing to bet neighboring counties to actually always have their frozen drinks ready. Frozen cokes mocha lattes always perfect!

    This is probably the best McDonald's I've been to. Food is how it's supposed to be always fresh, hot, and prepared per my instructions.Staff is always friendly and helpful.

    I hate using the app. They take forever to bring your food out. It should be carry out, not curbside. I waited about 15 minutes before I got my food from the inside. I should've just order inside.

    Business is slow and sometimes they forget some of the things you have ordered but to be honest then fries fresh and salty and everything else is good also.

    This was the worst service I’ve ever gotten at McDonald’s. First, the lady in the drive thru seemed to hate her life, let alone job. Second, when we got to the first window, a car pulled in front of us and my husband informed the woman, so they were aware. She pretty much ignored him and told him his total. He did tap to pay and received the checkmark on his screen. He moved to the next window, and she yelled something out the window, which we couldn’t hear and chased us to the next window. Trust me, we weren’t trying to get free food, we’re honest people. My husband handed the woman his phone so he could use tap to pay and 2 minutes later the woman came back to say “can you bring it up again?” I just handed them cash, because at that point, we had an appointment to get to 2 hours away and needed to be done in the drive thru. During the visit, they asked us what we ordered three times—as aww used the mobile app, they could have asked my name and remembered it. If you drive thru Sumter, I can tell you, any other McDonald’s has better customer service, especially in the morning.

    Order on online, uber pick- up, seems there's something always left out. Love it, but pay more attention to what customers order. Continue to do a awesome job

    Food is usually made wrong, weird or missing items at this location. Especially mainly if you do a mobile curbside order. It's 50/50 with this location. Long wait times but I usually give this part a pass if they're busy. However, my food is almost always wrong in some way. My recent order was just terrible, I recently placed an order for curbside for the chicken sandwich, a quarter pounder with no ketchup or no pickles, fries and a sweet tea. Welllll, what I really got was NO chicken sandwich (this was missing), a quarter pounder WITH ketchup and pickles, some stale fries and tea that was definitely not sweet. It's literally to the point where if the order is for me, I just accept it and do a charge back because my credit card (american express) is good with disputing charges. However if I'm ordering for someone else, I'll go inside to correct it.

    There was a minor issue with my order initially, but the General Manager immediately stepped in and made it more than right! Shout-out to Ms. Chanda! Thank you for your help! I will definitely return simply because of the awesome customer service.

    After placing an order they quickly give you drinks, then you see 3-4 ppl just standing around looking lost or on their cell phones not caring about your order. McDonald's is getting bad as Wendy's, service is SLOW & can't get your order correct 😑.

    Hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get a friendly staff and other times you may get a staff that don't want to be at work. Mostly the ones that hand you, your meal. I try not to go to this one if i don't have to

    Ordered door dash. Fries were cold, nuggets came with no sauce and quarter pounder had pickles and onions on it with no bacon(which I was charged for bacon).

    I love coming here in the morning to see my lady at the window that take payments her name is Dorlane (Might be spelled wrong) she always ask me how things are going and always compliment my makeup she is the reson I still go to this mcdonalds. Very sweet lady 10 out 10 recommend!

    The one on 15 south socks. The employees don't know what they are doing. No training. They are also rude for no reason. You hardly ever get your food order right. It's crazy. Who wants to eat there and not get what they wanted or what they paid for.every time.

    Definitely had no business eating this late or early in the morning. Depends on how you look at it. But I ate and it was good. Wasn't my idea to stop but once it was mentioned I didn't mind.... 😂
