My daughter made an appointment a few weeks ago and called to say she was going to be 5 minutes late. They told her they couldn't keep the appointment and that they will also charge her for it!! Unbelievable arrogance and poor customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.

I’ve been a long time client of the owner (Kristin) and have gone to Morgan, Albert, and Megan as well. They all do AMAZING work. I’ve gotten highlights, full head colors, haircuts, blowouts and have never been disappointed. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They will always have you looking good! (here’s a low quality photo of the high quality color I just got done, haha!)

I cannot rave enough about how incredible my experience was with Kristin, the owner of this salon. I needed to get in for a partial highlight and a hair cut before I left the Madison area and they ended up squeezing me in right before I left. Kristin did an incredible job on the color and cut. She’s truly talented at her ability to lift my dark brown hair, blend with my previous highlights, and give my hair new life with her incredible hair cutting skills. She’s kind in her conversation, took my vision (and slammed it out of the park) and truly encapsulates what being a strong business owner is about. She even had incredible team of stylists who she brings in, S/o to Morgan (who I’ve had color my hair before), if you can’t get in with Kristin. If you want any color or cuts this place is well worth the money. Sad to be leaving the area but grateful I got to give one last review before I left.

Beautiful Aveda salon with relaxing and fun atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and helpful. My stylist Kristen (the owner of Kismet)is amazing and I feel so fantastic after she works her magic. Her techniques make my hair look and feel so wonderful. I highly recommend this salon!

I showed up for my first appointment to find out whoever I spoke with on the phone never actually put my appointment in the calendar. They had put my name in the system and I was able to show the phone record of making the appointment. Pretty annoying when you work your schedule around an appointment. Seems like a decent place but I would recommend confirming that they have actually put your appointment in the schedule before you show up.

This is my favourite place to go in Madison. The staff are super friendly and I always end up with a hair style I like :) The shampoo before and styling after are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend for a men's haircut.

I’ve gotten my hair done twice here, I got it dyed with Megan and now cut with Morgan, and they both did a great job!! They did exactly what I asked and answered all my questions!

Amazing experience, very nice salon. Megan was so kind & honest with what was possible with my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted & then some!!! I will definitely be going back to her from now on
