Sun Prairie location Rosatis truly cares about about customer service and high quality! I barely had to wait and although my address was a bit away from them , the pizza was super hot fresh and juicy!! I couldn’t be anymore impressed . Well done guys !!

Got takeout here since we've tried most of the other local pizza joints and wanted to see if we were missing anything (TLDR, we weren't). Their pizza can be pretty expensive, but they charge by the topping, so if you want more pizza for your dollar be strategic about which specialty pies you order. They also have coupons and daily specials that can help depending on what you want. Reasonable quality pizza. If you like your cheese a bit chewy, this is a good place for you. We ordered a plain cheese pizza and a Monster pizza. Can't say I recommend the latter; too much bacon made it a salt buffet, and they don't seem to have baked it any longer to account for the extra toppings, so the middle was soggy and under-done. Not knocking them too hard for this since it's a common problem at other establishments. The tiramisu isn't anything to write home about, but it's fine if you have a craving. The side order of boneless wings we got was disappointing. Their 'hot' buffalo sauce is pretty medium, and there was hardly any on the wings. The ranch cup that came with it was the warm, pre-packaged nasty stuff. Ultimately Rosati's is just okay, mid-quality pizza. It's not bad by any means, and if you particularly like chicago style or their cheese blend it might be worth it for you. Personally, I can get similar food cheaper from the other pizza chain in downtown SP, and better pizza for similar prices from two or three other places nearby, so I don't think we'll be back.

My carryout order was properly prepared and ready at the given time. It was served to me by friendly staff too. The online ordering is easy to use and accurate in product description. The prices may raise an eyebrow but the quality and quantity of the food justified this. There are also coupons and specials available if needed. I highly recommend the thin crust pizza.

The place is clean and looks good when you walk in. The service person was attentive and asked for my order immediately. Was happy with the experience.

There's sandwiches are great and they're pizza slices during lunch hour or an awesome deal

We ordered Rosati's tonight. This was the first time we have ordered in a while. The last time we orderd pizza and thought we would try some pasta. The fettuccine was lacking sauce and chicken. The noodles were over cooked. The sauce was bland. The Galic bread was excellent. We did not eat the dinner. We ended up throwing it away. The spaghetti was ok, it was also lacking sauce. I am sorry to say, we will not be ordering from them again. On the bright side the service was friendly. It was a waste of $40.00. We ordered pizza tonight and it was excellent. The customer service was excellent as always. The Manger was able to give us a credit from the pasta not being so good. We will definitely order again. Thank you for the great service and letting us try your restaurant again.

The front counter person was fantastic! We ordered ahead and it was ready fairly quickly even for a Friday night

We had a wonderful Valentine dinner....delicious lasagna, bread and salad...huge servings so we will have a repeat tomorrow...what a deal. They undercharged us so we plan to go in and correct that. We I’ll definitely tell our friends and we will be back!

Rosati's Pizza of Sun Prairie is the only place I go to for take out food. The menu options are terrific and the service is always perfect. They treat you like you are the only customer in the restaurant and staff remembers their customers. You just don't get that anywhere else.
