Tried to use the drive thru today at approximately 5:25 pm and was treated very rudely by the man taking the orders. I drove up and he asked “how may I help you?” I did not respond right away so he repeated himself in a rude and snotty tone. I responded “just a minute please” and his response was “I just wanted a response please.” Again being very rude and snotty. He then took another cars order while I was deciding, which I completely understood. But I then said politely “I’m ready when you are.” There was no response. He then proceeded to take two more cars orders that drove up since I had been sitting there. I ended up driving away disgusted by the service. I have been to this McDonald’s before and never been treated so rudely or unprofessionally.

Stay Away! This is the most incompetent McDonalds around and it’s known around Sun Prairie. Go to the one on Highway 19 instead. They mess up orders. They throw out orders. They have a lot of difficulty processing orders on the app. They run out of food often. Ex I ordered breakfast on the app at 10:45. I get here at 11:01. Because it’s a minute after 11, they threw out all breakfast items including already accepted, fulfilled, and charged orders. I asked them to bring up the menu in the drive through so I could order something else and they couldn’t do that. They asked me to pull up to the second window and were confused why I didn’t order anything. Makes no sense. Then I was charged again.

I've been coming to this location for years, it's almost comical how bad it is. Went inside and ordered for dine in, after 15 minutes they call a ticket number and its in to-go bags. They forgot our drinks, nobody was at the counter to help me for another 5 minutes, then my kid came up and told me they forgot his apple slices (3 visits in a row they forgot his apples). This franchise owner needs to get it together, this is just bad.

Literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Gets every single order wrong to the point I’ve won bets with friends. It’s absolutely incredible the establishment is even functioning correctly

Two times iv been to this location. Both times iv left with no food. Due to there service being so horrible. Today I watch them pull two cars in after i was already at the speaker while I sat waiting for someone to take my order. Just the worst.

Stopped in the drive through to place an order. We were promptly greeted which was nice, but it took about 5 minutes for the young gentleman to get the order correct, however he had made a mistake. Instead of fixing it (maybe a lack of training) he said im sorry I'll just make another order and get it right, but we would have to pay for the original and the fixed order. We got to the window and resolved the issue (so we thought) and they started handing us the wrong food. Once we got the mess resolved and pulled out we had noticed that our order was still wrong. Not the end of the world, hard to blame the young adults working there, as everyone we saw and interacted with didn't look over the age of 15. Hope to try again in the future.

After waiting YEARS for steak egg and cheese bagel, I was so excited to hear about their return. Ordered and raced home to enjoy, only to open the sandwich and it be a bacon egg and cheese bagel. It's sadly now sitting in the trash. Also back in the day the bagel had more crunch to it, this one is just like a soft bun.

I placed my order around 8:20pm and picked it up about 20 minutes later. I was missing a chicken sandwich, a 10 piece chicken nugget, and my sauces. It was a big order and they were busy so I decided to just drive home and drop off the food I did have. After I dropped it off, I went back to get the items I was missing. As I got to the speaker and explained which items I was missing, the employee cut me off and told me to go to the second window. I waited in the line for 10 minutes and finally got to the window. As I spoke to the employee, they told me there was nothing they could do about my missing items. I just wanted the food I was missing, but if they weren't able to do that I asked for a refund. They took my phone to see the order I placed and said it wasn't in their system, even though I explained to them multiple times that I had already picked it up. 20 minutes later, they finally give me the items and start laughing saying "check your bag, check your bag." Every single time I order from this mcdonalds, they always mess up or forget something in my order. I wasted an hour driving back and forth, waiting in line, and trying to explain the situation. Even after getting my items, they still didn't give me the sauces I asked for.

Just went through the drive through and the kid taking our order just kept repeating any thing else, anything else after each menu item. They forgot the large fry and the kid said idk bro and walked away. A nice younger girl helped finally helped us.

Slow. Very slow. And they went to the automated machines. I selected pay at counter, and no one came to get my payment. Then said I didn't pay when asking what was taking so long. Errrrrrrrrr.

I ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a Big Mac meal. They didn’t get the order right and the fries were beyond stale. I’m a McDonald’s fan so that was severely disappointing
