Worst-run pharmacy I've ever seen. Staffed by the laziest and rudest staff I've ever encountered. They are bothered when you ask a question, they do not stick to their scheduled immunizations, and are too busy just looking busy. Seriously, one sat at a keyboard staring at a computer screen for fifteen minutes with her eyes closed, not doing a damned thing. I think she was asleep. Flu shot appointments are delayed by half an hour or an hour while the pharmacist is lounging around being useless. The drive-thru is completely ignored. Pharm techs are no better -completely rude, unhelpful, and generally unpleasant to be around. Walgreens management needs to purge the entire pharmacy department and start over. This is just a tire fire of a pharmacy right now, and until they clean house I suggest going anywhere else for your prescriptions, shots, and any other medical-type needs.

Waited over an hour to pick up every time, different hours and different days. Thought of coming late last night and waited over 30 mins in both the line inside and drive thru. When I called to move my prescription the lady was down right upset at me for not picking it up there when "its ready" which I understand but I cannot wait an hour plus for it. My prescription is refrigerated otherwise I would just have it sent to me. All in out just rude behavior when I understand low staff etc. but then something has to change on there end of service when this has been like this for months really need better customer service, and help the customer transfer that.

I swear it’s a requirement in the hiring process that you have to be rude to work at Walgreens. ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy. When you’re picking up medication for your physical or mental health it’s already a vulnerable moment and it’s extremely triggering when the employees are rude and annoyed for no reason.

There was a dotish young woman working there today, who was behaving like we were there to steal my medications, she kept clutching the medication, like an old woman clutching her purse. This DOTISH young woman also did not make eye contact with me and only made eye contact with my white partner, go figure right! For all of you reading this go look up the meaning of the word DOTISH! Because you people in the US, don't speak the KING'S ENGLISH. Lol 🤣

This post should be ZERO STARS!!! I had rotator cuff surgery 6 days ago. I have had a few complications post surgery. My Dr. prescribed a medicine at 13:00 that I needed the same day. I received a text on my app that the Grand Ave location received my script. I checked it a few times and it didn't progress. at 17:00 I called the Grand Ave pharmacy location to discover it was closed. There are so many questions that one could ask regarding the intelligence of the Walgreen corporations leadership.

Steer clear of the pharmacy. This store is such a dive that they can't get pharmacists to work here which means they can't dispense drugs about 1/2 of the time. Be advised to transfer your prescriptions elsewhere. The store "manager" Patrick is one of the most incompetent, unprofessional self-entitled, irresponsible jerks I've ever had the displeasure to talk to. Best to steer clear of this store altogether.

I called to check on a prescription and waited almost an hour to be hung up on and told to call back in an hour. The pharmacist was chatting with other staff while taking my call and kept talking over me instead of listening.

The absolute worst place to have prescriptions filled. A script can be sent in a week prior and you go to pick it up and it’s not ready. Seems as though they always have an excuse as to why something isn’t done. Then you go to pick it up and stand in line for half an hour, and it’s not ready only to be told to come back in another half an hour to stand in line again.
