I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese at McDonald's. Took a bite and saw the meat was 75% pink inside.

I've gone in multiple time in the last week and this is what I've dealt with I went in and ordered two mcdoubles and a large fry when I got to the window my order wasn't even in the system so I didn't get anything to eat because the person that took my order didn't put it in then I go in after work to the drive thru looking for something quick and easy I ordered a large fry medium fry and a crispy chicken deluxe the fries were ice cold and the sandwich had no mayo or sauce of any kind

Order from drive at night and ask to wait at the yellow line, so they can bring out when it was done. We waited 20 min and had to go inside to see what was up and then had to proceed to wait 10 more minutes. They didn't even get our order right.

If I could put negative stars I would…. The Sun valley McDonald’s is the worst McDonald. It sucks because they are the closest to us but they have the rudest customer service. The night shift never has whatever special is going on nor do they ever have milkshakes. You walk inside and they just look at you and when you ask if they are open they laugh and say yes and walk away from the register. After tonight we would rather drive an extra mile and go to Burger King than try and waste any more money at this McDonald’s

Tried to buy happy meal for my grandkids before 11 a.m. and was told they didn't serve anything but breakfast, told the voice on the other end that I thought McDonald's was a burger joint not a breakfast restaurant!! Total crickets so I backed out of line and I went home and came back an hour later to get them their happy meals and decided to go inside and guess what? I had to wait until one of the employees got off their cell phones before I was waited on, almost 2 minutes, very bad customer service, so I made her wait until I got done looking the menu over. When she finally got done rolling her eyes and huffing, I placed my order. Really, REALLY BAD Customer Service. Use Sun Valley McDonald's at Your own Jeopardy, and I guess don't expect anything other mediocrity

I went through the drive-thru and the person who was taking my order was taking to me in English and Spanish. I told her I had a code to give her. She asked me for the code. I ordered a drink to go with it. I saw that order was not correct. I told her it was wrong on the screen. She argued with me about it and told me to drive up. I drove up to the window told the cashier it was wrong. She called the store manager who took the order. She was rude to me as if it was my fault. She closed the window as if to fix it and jestered to the cashier that I was wrong. I drove off to somewhere else without anything. They even charged my card for the drink. If I was an owner of a franchise I would not have a store manager running it with this kind of service.

This is great because it's right next to a quick stop. pick up your food get your gas and anything else that you may need at the little convenience store all connected all at one.

Ordered my food and was told to pull into waiting spot number 1. I sat there for almost 40 minutes, and the girl who finally came out with our food started complaining about a new manager, and to look at it on Instagram? I could care less I just wanted my food. Missing the sauce - I even paid for extra, and got zero. My McChicken is some how missing the chicken. I don't know what the hell is going on in that store but just go to a different location. What a disaster even for a mcdonalds. Good luck
