I don’t leave reviews very often, but when a business impresses me so much…I certainly want others to know. Sunapee Self Storage is the best storage facility around. Debbie the property manager is professional, polite and a good communicator. Need supplies? The office has everything from boxes, packing tape, labels, locks and more. Security cameras, code to get in and access any time to your unit. The storage facility is paved, plowed and clean and so many sizes to choose from. 5-star rating from me.

Debbie in the office is an absolute doll! So refreshing to deal with someone so genuine and nice. I brought my mother here to rent a storage unit and Debbie took a lot of information that was too much for my 81 year old mother and she made it simple and made sure mom understood and wasn't confused. 5 star service all the way!

I have been renting from them for over a year, the office secretary is AMAZING. She goes above and beyond every time I speak with her. The owner is also extremely kind and helpful. I cannot day enough good things about this business. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

Been using them for a couple of years now. They're very friendly when you need to talk to someone, and the process to transfer to a bigger unit was much faster than I expected. The units themselves are spacious and easy to access. Some are inside and some outside, and I've tried both and I'll say I prefer outside just for the ease of access, but inside is much better when the winter wind is howling! Looking forward to continuing business here. No complaints!

Deb in the office goes above and beyond to ensure a good experience. She’s amazing. This property is clean, and safe. I paid for the temperature control unit and had no damage to my sensitive items after 5 years. Even though I live 30+ minutes away, I would absolutely bring my business back here even though I have other storage units closer.

I wanted to let everyone know how great this business is. With the on site storage units, and now the Blu Box program works great. We have a Blu Box at Bob Skinner's Ski and Sport by Mount Sunapee Resort and we are using it all the time. Deb and her crew do a great job in getting everyone set up and they make the process very easy. I highly recommend there products and service.

What an awesome place! The office manager is so cool, my husband tried to steal her for his office but she won't leave the storage place. I'm hoping the owner sees this...you have a great worker there! She bends over backwards to help people and is very personable. My husband says he's gonna get her from you! LOL! Better give her a raise and hold onto her!
