one of the creamiest ice cream (frozen custard) i have had in a while. cant tell from photo because it looks like plain vanilla ice cream but this is a five star experience. definitely a place to visit when in the area.

Literally, 5 minutes after being served at the drive thru. Had to eat my shredded chicken topless, as the top bun had been SMASHED into the paper. This was my ONLY item in the bag.

On one of my many trips to Whit's Sunbury, I bought a two scoop vanilla custard cone and started eating on my way home and found it to be tasteless. I called and was told when the vat or whatever they called it was. Washed they probably left too much rinse water in it before adding ingredients. First of all that is disgusting, secondly I requested a call back from the manager, over the next six weeks I called five times and never received a call back. I felt I deserved a replacement cone. JUST DON'T GO THERE, GO TO DELAWARE. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING THAT RINSE WATER IS LEFT IN THE MIXER, VAT WHATEVER OFTEN ENOUGH THAT THE EMPLOYEE SAID THAT IMMEDIATELY.

They had really amazing custard. The staff was very friendly. I order the strawberry cheesecake Sunday. It was delicious it had a little piece of cake in the bottom. It has a very family run vibe to it with bulletin boards about local events.

I was the only customer. BUT!. Did you know that have a limited food menu beyond Frozen Custard?. I dipped in to get my belly some shredded chicken sammiches and they were very good. I am going to try the comes next. I did get me some whitsers, and they were awesome too. I will be back.

Delicious! But don't be in a hurry. The kids ask to go all of the time. A little gem of Sunbury.

I used to love this Whits. I especially liked the black raspberry chip in quarts and thought it was a regularly made flavor. Only in the last three weeks this has not been available. So tonight I brought home a quart of chocolate. Upon opening it, it was lacking about two inches of custard in the tub?!😫

WORST Whit’s EVER. Entitled, rude teenagers work there and argued with us when our order was wrong and refused to make it right. We met the founders of Whit’s about a year ago and hope they make a surprise visit to this store! Everyone we know who has gone to this store, complains about the service and sandwiches on the menu being old and dried out. They are giving Whit’s a terrible reputation here in the tiny village of Sunbury, Ohio!! It’s worth the drive to visit another Whit’s instead of the Sunbury store!

I ordered the canal gem and paid for extra caramel. There was barely any hot fudge or caramel. Quit being so skimpy with the toppings!! Come here often but definitely disappointed!

Hello, Tonight, I had taken my wife, her sister, and daughter to Whits. We typically go to Dairy Queen, Whits, Handel’s in Powell and tonight was a horrible experience. The employee at the drive through at 6:30 pm was not helpful at all, our product melted all over our car, and she was not willing to give us flavor options or guide us to a place to help. She immediately closed the window and we asked her to open it as the product was melting and ruining our car and clothing. She thought it was funny. It was a horrible service experience and a worse product experience. The kids working truly didn’t care and that is a shame. I have worked 6 years in ice cream and this was deflating. We will not be going back. If I could have given this a 0 star review I would have. Thanks.
