This
is
to
inform
you
that,
on
24/01/2021
I
ordered
a
product
from
Amazon.in,
but
due
to
some
technical
issues
the
order
got
canceled,
and
they
even
initiated
a
refund
on
behalf
of
that
cancelled
order.
The
refund
initiation
was
on
26/01/2021
by
the
team
of
Amazon.in.
For
your
reference
I’m
also
attaching
the
screenshot
of
the
same.
But
then
when
I
didn’t
received
the
amount
I
went
to
my
SBI
branch
and
asked
them
regarding
the
same
But
they
suggested
me
to
speak
to
the
costumer
care
regarding
the
issue.
Then
I
spoke
to
the
customer
care
and
by
the
end
of
the
conversation
the
gave
me
a
complaint
number
or
token
number
for
my
complaint
and
asked
me
to
wait
for
more
10
days
for
the
money
to
be
refunded.
But
that
didn’t
happen.
So
again
I
visited
the
branch
and
asked
for
the
same,
to
which
they
asked
me
to
talk
to
the
customer
care
again
and
again.
The
thing
is
,
the
branch
manager
himself
was
not
having
and
knowledge
regarding
this
process
and
kept
on
speaking
to
people
regarding
this
but
didn’t
find
a
solution.
Sir
I
belong
to
a
very
poor
family
and
this
amount
of
money
matters
a
lot
to
me
.
But
they
are
not
refunding
it.
