There are two Utsav hotels in Sundargarh one is beside District and Session Judge Court (current one) and one is near SBI Bank. This is one of the oldest breakfast-snacks hotel of Sundargarh. Tried Plain Onion Dosa - It was very thick in size. Onion stuffing was good. Sambar and Chutney tasted good. Samosa- Potato stuffing was very less. The outer part (maida) it was very thick. Jalebi - It tasted good. The sugar syrup coating was very much. Quality needs to be improved. Quantity of food is good. Taste's okay. Staff service is great. Affordable price for single person. Must visit during morning breakfast and evening snacks.

Dosa rate Rs. 50/.... Quality is Rs 10/ Standard. Pls see the Sambar..... when complained for the same.... replied..... Cook is very old guy
