Wonderful place! We stayed in this hotel with two children, we had a great time. Very clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Very nice outdoor area with an amazing view! But the best thing about this place is the staff, kind, helpful and always with a smile. Not least the chef! He accommodated all our requests and very good food. Congratulations on everything!

We loved the place so much that we stayed one more day. The place is absolutely gorgeous, rooms perfectly taken care off, and very clean, the bed extra comfortable with very cozy sheets. Loved the detailed of warm water bags in the bed for when you go to sleep. I also found very refreshing to find great toiletries. Special mention to the staff, they were absolutely nice and attentive.

Oh my gosh this is a special place! We were in a luxury tent and the views were just astonishing. Very comfortable facilities and wonderful restaurant and bar. Staff super welcoming and warm. Highly recommended and definitely do dinner here one night!

One of the nicest hotel experiences in my life. We’ve been to many hotels already, from budget to luxury. The Camp Figtree is one of the best in that list. Wonderful rooms/houses, great service, marvellous food and wine. It was absolutely great. The wifi could have been everywhere on the property and not only in the restaurant but that’s alright. We will come back!

Really beautiful hotel in a spectacular location. Relaxed here with great food and wine looking over surrounding mountains. One of my favourite ever stays.

Very lovely place close to Addo Elephant Park We stayed for two nights in the luxury tents. Beginning of September. (Cold months in SA). The road was quite dry so the road wasn't too bad. Please do not get scared of the stories you read. With a sedan you should be able to get here. Just not with the speed you are used to. They made big bumps to flush away the water. So the rain does not destroy/flushaway the road. As long you don't drive too fast, you would easily make it here. The first night was quite windy. As soon you come back from dinner your heater is already on. We were really suprised by the hot water bottles in bed. So your bed is not cold! The scenery is cosy, and the staff is super friendly. The lady at the bar what used to be a batista was very very kind. On the second day we also rented their E-mountainbikes. There are many cool routes to mountainbike (not for beginners). Definitely something to try out if you like to mountainbike. Unfortunately one of our bike had some problems. Employee told us he would get it back to the repairs. The bikes also look very well maintained, so this is just unlucky for us. The food and the kitchen makes very nice dishes. We liked it a lot. Also the bar made a very nice Gin Tonic. And don't forget the view, something you have to experience yourself whenever you are here. This is an excellent location with hard working people.

Can not rate this place highly enough. We stayed in one of the tents and it was very well equipped and secluded. The views are amazing, the food was delicious and great wine selection.

What a gem! Stayed at the outpost luxury tent and it was the most surreal experience. Phenomenal. You will not be disappointed

This place is awesome. Well done to the amazing staff at Camp Figtree. Chris will go out of his way to accommodate you. Place is always neat and the atmosphere great. Wonderful scenery from almost anywhere you sit. They maybe rated 4 stars but I will give them 5 stars. Thanks so much for the stay guys, I will never forget it.

Great Location - a little hard to get there but we made it through hail and rain on the bumpy road with a small car (Renault Kwid) so I guess you can come with any car. Beides the nice room and the great view what was really outstanding were the people who work there. As mentioned we had a quite rough arrival and then we realized that we made a mistake in the booking (one Day later then we expected) but they made it possible that we could stay anyway even at the same fee. And really gave us such a warm Welcome and good feeling. I have visited many 5 Star hotels but this was really outstanding. Thanks again to the Team.

Wow, what an absolutely beautiful place. The rooms are elegant with beautiful finishes. Staff are accommodating and the food is very yummy and well presented. Pathways lit up with solar jars in the evening. Turn down service is done while you are at dinner, which was very good. Both dinner and breakfast we had was of high quality. The absolute Cherry on the top, we got to our car on the morning we left and they had cleaned our car. Attention to detail is outstanding. Definitely will be back. Thank you guys!
