Been in for '20 minutes' for 1 'cold' cheesbuger, 20 minutes no cleaning, ignoring the trash and garbage and the food rest on the tables and in the kitchen working area, the question is why is this behavior from the staff on 29-december-2020, kl 21.30 ?

The french fries were crispy and warm, the Big Mac was dry, I don't remember what it's usually been like since it's been a while since the last time. The order came really quickly even though it was busy. The order machine did not issue a receipt even though it tried very hard to print one. Nists were sitting at neighboring tables, but there are always those in big cities.

So i am there just enjoying my food when some random dude takes my receipt. I told him not to take it, and he completely ignored me, as did the employee hat heard everything. I got to talk to the manager (nightshift manager 20/01) and he basically just tells me they can't do anything. How can you just allow someone to steal my personal belongings, with sensitive i formation on it, and just go 'oh well'. I have worked as a shift manager at McDonalds and can confidently say this personel is incompetent at BEST.

Super dirty place , I don’t know how they are allowed to run the place and is not closed by health and safety !!! I was not and can not eat here just went for a loo but it was sick experience . Pity to see many people agree to buy food from these kind of places !!

Good lunch place friendly staffs food was nice tried many different burgers and fries along with kid but you know they have a toilet with fee.

Food... The usual ! 😉 Service was super quick !! Has someone to clear the tables and clean it for the next guest.. 🎉

Im really happy! Finally i eat a gluten free cheese burger(and i could choosed every burger i want) after many years: in italy we have only one boring burger and i get annoyed Thanks to Stoccolma’s macs, u gave me a dream 🤩
