Management needs to get it together, hire more people, and train them better. Why is there no hand soap in the bathroom? Why are we getting paper cups when eating in, that’s not sustainable. This could be a great cafe but it keeps being blocked with silly stuff that could be improved if people up top cared about customer experience.

Very cold inside. Tried changing seats but got to an even colder place. The heating definitely needs to be turned up in the Winter but otherwise it's a nice cafeteria.

Espresso house is espresso house. But this particular branch has the kindest, more genuine barista I've met in a while. I had had a bad day. So to interact with someone not only professional, but also h-u-m-a-n... actually meant much more than just the coffee. Thank you nice person. You better pay your staff properly Espresso House.

Stayed in this area with friends and got a coffee here every morning, lovely atmosphere and although a chain coffee, felt very cozy and welcoming! Thank you for having us each day!

Your average Coffee Stop. Friendly and nice staff however sometimes understaffed for the amount of guests that it can seat. As it's a franchise, the quality is on par with all other places and this particular one can only shine through it's helpful staff - which it does.

Coffee was great! Also the chicken focaccia was delicious 👍🏻

You've found a perfect star here. Arri is what you call lightning in a bottle. I've worked service for six years (minimum give or take) and this is the kind of person that make you feel welcome and appreciated. A warm smile at the dawn of a Sunday, wishing you a good morning, what more can you ask for? These are the people that make a company worth something so treasure them, I'll personally come back for this kind of service and I promise that plenty of others will as well! Thanks Arri for making so many peoples day just that bit brighter, it matters more than you might think :)

Very nice staff, and the chai latte is amazing

One of my poorest espresso house experience. The passion fruit cheesecake seemed stale and tasted ridiculous! It was sour, like a hard sponge and had bad taste. Then the barista told me it's supposed to taste and feel like that apparently.

Too many 1 person per table with computers... When I want to just go for a fika, no place to sit down and enjoy alone or with a friend time together. Computer people should have limit per day or sit together.

You know what you get a expresso house and the coffee and service is very good.

To say that I am delighted is to say nothing! ;-) The best coffee in Sweden !!! - which I had to taste, and I live on coffee ;-) The staff are your best friends from childhood :-) such a cozy and comfortable atmosphere is hard to even think of. 1000 stars out of 5 possible ;-)

Awesome Coffee, also very good Matcha Latte! Thank you for the good experience at the store and also with the drink-quality! We also really loved how the cafe was designed inside!
