Update: His response proves my point! See attached photo. The food was okay, with an okay environment but very pricey! however the service was not what I had hoped compared to other Indian restaurants, the guy was very rude, made “cheeky” remarks and he needs training on how to talk. He gives you a menu and stands literally on your neck until you order making it feel as if he doesn’t have time so you should hurry up. The website to this restaurant doesn’t have an opening time in it so I needed to be sure that it was opened so I called, his respond was that if we were not opened I wouldn’t have answered it. Instead of just saying yes we are!!. General impressions are simply not good unfortunately and the treatment received for buying those pricey foods could get much much better!

Only because of the waitress's rudeness I’m awarding 2 ratings. She cursed at the customer and had a terrible time. Additionally, it is not an Indian restaurant. It's a fake Indian restaurant, despite its name. Until they behave differently and understand what being polite means, I won't ever go to this restaurant or suggest it to anyone. Remember that it is also overpriced!

Smallish portions so order a Naan. The food was good for the price. However, the food was lacking spice but still quite nice. Service was fast and staff were polite. I would go again.

We came here for for dinner because it was recommended by some friends . We started with some whiskey and wine with Mixed Pakoda . For main course, we had had Palak Paneer and Mixed Veg Curry with Naans. The food was quite good. The service was very good. The ambience was very ordinary.

We were asked to order all at once.. I mean if you feel like having something more..we get the dirt looks. Also when I asked what is your best vegetarian dish, I got a surprising reply from waitress "I'm not the right person to ask , as I'm not vegetarian"... seriously...Also was pushed to order main course or no service...were asked to order sizzler..most of the early conversation was very awkward..waitress keeps says the main customers are swedish...it's mostly the way it came out... I'm not returning back.. I don't recommend this restaurant.

I was told to wait while there was red carpet hospitality for white people. She did apologize twice for making me wait so I gave them 2 stars! I was given mango juice instead of mango lassi and roti instead of naan. Slap bill at me without letting me explain that it was mango juice and roti, not mango lassi and naan. Worst thing was, it wasn't an indian restaurant! I will never go back there again!!

I went here with my friend and they made us wait for 1 hour for our food and when the food arrived it was undercooked and tasted stale. Me and my friend got food poisoning the next day. Please never go here. It was an horrible experience. It's overpriced and the worst indian restaurant I've ever been too.

We had a completely vegan meal here (including naan bread which was delicious). I had the Oumph! bhuna, which was maybe a little more spicy than indicated, but otherwise tasty. Good selection of beers and other beverages too. A very busy restaurant with takeaway orders too.

A good restaurant for Indian food in stockholm. Nice hospitality, very friendly. If you want Indian spicy tell during ordering your food. Food was tasty. Prices are bit higher range compared to some other good Indian restaurants around the Stockholm city. But you will not regret.

Cheap AND tasty. Seems to be completely empty in midday hours and weekdays. Very recommended if youre walking through Hornstull and look for something to eat without unnecessary problems Polite and helpful staff, speaking VERY basic English, but helpful which is not the rule

Ein tolles indisches Restaurant, klein und fein, es hat alles gepasst. Große Auswahl an indischen Speisen. Portionen und Qualität spitze. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Nicht behindertengerecht. Gerne wieder.

A cosy restaurant near Odenplan metro station. The waiter was very humble while order and service. Overall Food was just okay and could improve the taste. Cons/Improvement: Food quality needs to be improved. There was extreme flavour of ginger in one of the sabji/curry. Quantity was very less compared to the prices.

Quite decent Indian food restaurant. Simple decor, very kind and charismatic service, prices ok and I liked the fact that they offer vegan and vegetarian options.

We were looking for an Indian restaurant for lunch and we went there but we were highly disappointed by their food quality. Food was very sweet like they had melted the sugar in curry . It’s not recommended for someone how’s looking for authentic Indian food ☹️

Cheapest vegan Indian lunch in town. Love it! The place really needs renovation and freshening up though, otherwise perfect! ☺️❤️

A cosy Indian restaurant with a lot of vegan options in downtown Stockholm. Nice waitor who comes to your table and takes your order. I ordered a vegan Thali with vegan Peshwari Naan. I do recommend this place for daily lunch or if you simply want authentic Indian food. I'm definitely going back to try the other vegan options.

Had dinner with two friends. Very friendly and quick service. Naan was good in taste and cooked well. As main i had lamb korma. The sauce was really good but the meat was a bit tough. Rice was ok. Bier was cold and tasted good. Atmosphere was also ok, nothing special, nothing wrong with it either. I would visit again if someone else suggested it.

It was really good. My first time in Sweden and my girlfriend's first time trying Indian food, they have a lot of veggie and fully vegan options which my girlfriend is, and they're as good as the meat ones. Which I had. A bit expensive but a very nice experience.

Masala Masala has some of (if not the) best Indian food I have ever eaten! Their Vegan menu is extensive and the service was fantastic. I had the Vegan Oumph! Mango Tikka Masala and it was absolutely delicious! Super tasty and the ingredients were incredibly fresh. The Vegan Cheese Naan was also amazing. Great spot to stop especially if you are Plant Based!

Overall good experience, the personnel was quite friendly, food tasted good, spicy means spicy (in a good way) so dont think that spicy is going to be "nothing" which is a good thing (as an Indian). Overall ambiance could be improved, and portion size could be bigger, but it wasn't a bad experience!

Very good food and service. Curry was a bit on sweeter side but again this was made clear by the waiter when we were ordering. We ordered vegetarian and special thali. Optimum quantity with great variety.
