This restaurant is an embarrassment to Indian cuisine. As an Indian I am shocked and dismayed at what is being served as INDIAN food. My supposed spicy tikka masala was actually sweet. I would recommend that you steer clear of this restaurant and if you wish to eat Indian food find another restaurant.

Spontaneously visited Restaurant Saffran in Rådhuset spring 2021 during covid restrictions. The place was empty. Loved the food, it was just like homemade food. The sweet Peshwari naan bread was icing on the cake. Would come back for the yummy naan bread and drink tea. Recommend this place for a taste of genuine southasian food!

I had the vegetarian thali twice here and I really liked the food. Mostly I liked their daal and palak paneer in the thali. Warm welcoming behaviour of the staffs 😍 ....

We had several dishes both vegan and not vegan. All food was good quality, some quite spicy. Staff pretty friendly. Price very reasonable

Not bad not good place, suitable for a casual dinner if you are in the neighborhood. The chicken bites were too dry in the curry sauce. The Paratha was a bit lack of texture to my taste, the dough didn’t separate in enough layers. But the Chai was to my liking, very milky and in combination of many spices, drink it without sugar can bring up the aroma even more.

A cozy restaurant with authentic food and very nice calming music. The lamb was soft and delicious, though the chicken was a bit dry. Lassi with saffran - loved it! Good atmosphere and candlelight.

Nice place for regular dinner or family event. Everyone will find something nice for them, from super spicy food to really mild one. Authentic Indian beer and tea.

Authentic food. ❤️ Loved the Hyderabadi wedding chicken and sabji kofta. Food was really yummy and very flavorful.

Please make it Mild => spicier than the Eritrean around the corner. Everything filled with sugar/honey way beyond a hint. Ps. Vaniljsocker i Nanbrödet eller tar jag fel?!?

Saffran is a cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant with lots of space for both large and small groups. Our food arrived on time and the service was really good, plus the portions were big too. Prices are fair compared to other Indian restaurants in Stockholm with Naan for 30kr and masalas for 120+ There's only one toilet for everyone though, so there may be a wait sometimes. All in all, pretty good.

It was hot inside the restaurant. The food was ok, the yogurt was sweet. The butter chicken was sweet. I had an upset stomach after I have the food. I’m not coming again
