Did some testing and it was carried out by a friendly, helpful and nice nurse. Nice place and they kept the times, so no long extra waiting.

Friendly staff. I quickly passed the health check. But there is one thing! when you arrive, they can’t sign you up at the reception. You definitely need to call. And to get through you need to go through 5 circles of hell with your robot.

They give me the wrong information for Forsakringskassan and then they did not correct it for me, which caused the sick benefits to stop

The problem is when I have to cancel. No phone number works. It says "open" on Grev turegatan but no one answers. Seems to be Closed. Takes up a lot of my time. Hopeless!

The world's best Sara StrĂĄt works there, you have to look for a better physiotherapist.

In my case my experience with Feel Good was quite bad. Couldn’t help me with my main problem I struggle daily with. I was even sent to surgery per their instructions for one small part of the problem but left alone with the rest of the problem. By the end they coldly said nothings wrong with me . It felt as if they dismissed me rather than admitting they couldn’t help me. Couldn’t they just admit they don’t know what the problem is? What’s worse, I was forced to go to them unwillingly through my job . I sought help elsewhere and received immediate understanding as I did from my local doctor. I must reiterate that they said there was nothing wrong with me and thankfully I was not fired/uppsagt from my job !!! I was there 5-6 times 3 of which were meetings with my boss and HR their doctor and coordinator. So thinking about the bills and how much it cost my employer and how much longer it took and how my own local VC doctor understood my problems from the beginning it would seem there’s something wrong here. My employer helped me with an easier work load and my problem is now somewhat manageable. Somewhat, yet I still live with a degree of daily pain. The surgery I was sent to /remiss by Feel Good would have not been necessary if I had known I would be given the arbetsanpassningen I received at work. The surgery I received only made this year harder for me with more sjukskrivning and pain. Om jag bli tvungen att besöka dem ingen jag kommer seg nej jag har för dåliga förtroendet för Feel Good AB och ta hjälp av facket.

Always an extremely long line to get hold of them. Sometimes even the doctor you have time for doesn't call.

Nice staff who always give you a pleasant treatment! (Have been going to the gym for about two years) :)

Met several physiotherapists who were very ignorant, uninterested and disparaging in their attitude. Bad advice and the feeling that you are just a "customer". Almost hostile attitude on the last one I met. Deeply uncomfortable. However, the first physiotherapist Sara was more friendly in your treatment, but still lacked more comprehensive knowledge. The pool mismanaged and partly messy, completely without staff supervision. Water gym training had to be paid for privately even though the pool could periodically not be used as intended due to extensive attitude problems and messes. Now I go to another place that is much better, recommend everyone to apply to other physiotherapists/facilities. Bottom rating.
