After following up with them they said they cannot control their labs and that one of the lab machines were dysfun...

😠 The fact that companies such as this can operate within the health care sector is scary. Very scary. You'd be better off going to a vet.

😠 If possible I would give this place no star at all. I had two failed surgeries that transformed my life to hell the following 9 month. The staff were talking about the patiens right outside the waiting rooms, thinking we could not hear or were too high, pre-ops. Very unprofessional.
