Got a real good bargain on some new trainers down from £80 to £45

This particular JD Sports isn't that good. It's too small and doesn't stock a big variety of brands. The staff are not that friendly. They do not smile or greet you as much as you would typically expect, that is if you actually find a staff member as they are normally hiding away. General customer service is poor although the amount of sales that JD Sports puts on is really good. The store is tidy and well organised.

Good shop for branded shoes and other sports stuff. They do have sale sometimes. Good quality sports shopping can be done here. Its bit costly compared to other shops.

Jd it's self is not a bad shop but only thing I would recommend is for it not to use evri when ordering online I ordered a jacket beginning of the week earthen paid extra for earlier delivery and I'm still waiting now a week later been sat with the courier for days was supposed to get delivered same day the courier picked up to deliver that day evri are a really bad company I suggest jd uses a other company for online delivery's

Many sport products for your choices. Convenient location. Like it.

Best checking stock online due COVID but still very helpful and plenty deals and saving on but if required specialist item use online pay the delivery

I don't like this store what's so ever staff don't help u whats so ever the prices are sky high save yourself a hassle go to sports direct u get cheaper clothes trainers everything what u need in sports direct! Overall this store is clean and sell nice clothing trainers but over price should be lot cheaper there are families struggling out there on hard times with all food prices going up and gas electricity going up aswell they should knock the prices down a lot help poor people families to put clothes trainers on there children again prices are sky high in jd sports go to sports direct u get better bargains in there

Decent sized shop, plenty of choice in adults and kids section. Had everything we wanted in stock which is rare in other JDs when shopping for 2 adults and 3 kids. Great selection of trainers and tracksuits.

Visited to pick up my order ordered 26th June for delivery 4weeks gone still no order shop worker did her best to try and find it with no success she was told lost in transit cancelled order on line shopping is not always best I will now only buy from store but young girl should b praised for her patience with her customer service length of time on phone thanks dear

The most claustrophobic shop I've ever been in. Horrible place. You just want to leave as soon as you go in.

expensive but trainers are not in stock. I wanted size 8 Nikes, didn't have it in stock. Hardly the 'king of trainers'

A shopping center like all other shopping centre. Out of date and will be gone within 20yesrs as everyone moves to online shopping.

Most of the time, nothing game changing to find there, a regular JD as all the others without many offers or deals either. It is though convenient to have it in town in case you need to buy something simple for you or a gift or to pick up an order or return an order as well.

Great range of trainers, not bad prices with some good sales happening. Staff are nice enough on the floor, those on the till seem a little less friendly, but probably an off day for the one who served me. Access for wheelchairs and pushchairs.

Order online with Blue Light Card discount. Take my daughter in to pick up and try on. Too big. Changes her mind and picks another top. Unabe to use the same discount on the new item. Ridiculous 😠 needless to say I bought it elsewhere and cheaper.
