Burger King is world wide famous franchise and they have to maintain there work style and name as a good Brand. But here they are seems they are struggling to survive. When ever I take away or packed my food they put some thing less in it like less fries less lectus in burger 🍔, even they didn't Full my drink on the top. They have good taste. In this time of lockdown they have opportunity to get top in Race because they have the location of drive through that no other brand have.

Total waste of money- cheap food, unresponsive staff, too much crowd and loud noise like a sabzi mandi, staff shouting like some sabzi mandi wale bhaiya. They messed our order so bad after that they are not accepting their mistake instead shouting on us like it’s our mistake and even after that they didn’t care to correct our order by saying thanu ehhi laina paina asi nai sahi karke dena like what the hell and even for that incorrect order they took half hour to prepare that. Will not recommended anyone to go there total waste of money.

All those reviews very bad service they post it on one time experience which I feel is pretty bad. This Burger king is good. Staff and service is good. I got my chicken tandoori grill within 4 mins or less. I don't what's wrong with the other people. The problem here is with the parking. Not proper parking facility. Very Niceee.. 4/5 stars..

We ordered 3 burgers and wings for take out and when we reached at home. Only 2 burgers and wings were there in the package. 1 burger which was worth 300 was missing. Such a bad experience it was for me and my family. This shows how careless they are with the orders.

The burgers are tasty but the icecream vending machine is not working many a times. May be they should spend some money in getting a new one. The location is really good, easily approachable, ample parking and in the vicinity of a shopping mall

I ordered chicken whooper through Swiggy and get burned chicken patty in it.

I tried their boss chicken whopper with hazelnut frappe ..it was very good ..staff is too good and friendly♥️🤝cashiers also give their full attention to guests..thats the main thing i loved about this restaurnt..interior and lobby was also well maintained by them💕♥️

Good service by burger king grand walk

As per date 9 july Ice cream was unavailable at the time of heat so I choose over whopper burger base was dry but yet ok not much satisfying. Follow hungarymotto_pb10 on Instagram and zomato.

I ordered veg tikki burger yesterday preferably non spicy, cost 48 as recommended by sales person he asked to go for veg classic without telling the price he confirmed and the cost of that one burger was 100 Rs. I ordered 5 and there was only a piece of onion and sauce that's all... It was too spicy.... Highly disappointed by the service they have given...

They are having this deal called the stunner menu wherein there are 5 options each of 50 rs (tikki twist burger, veg wrap, Peri Peri rice, crunchy volcano and 1 more thing which I can't remember)The food is of course tasty. My suggestions : veg wrap and tikki twist burger(VEG) OTHER : you can also go for crunchy volcano if u like spicy food and something tangy (it was okay -okay for me)

Meals served are not as shown in pictures.....I bought chicken burger and there was only a single slice of onion along with chicken nothing else...I am not satisfied with the meals.... Staff interaction is good.... Overall ratings are 2 out of 10 only because of good staff.

The food is great and the staff is cooperative as well. But the waiting time for orders is quite high which can be avoided if they manage their staff properly or hire additional staff to fulfil orders.

Rubbish customer service after waiting for 10 mins in drive thru they said sorry our machine are not working n make the payment over the counter inside the store and after waiting for another 10 mins inside the store there comes another excuse that drive through deals will not work here … I don’t get this, if my order is placed in drive thru and the machine is not working n we have to pay full amount inside the store …..big scam guys

Burger King's burgers are anyday better, bigger and tastier than McDonald's burgers. But the issue with this outlet of their's is less no of Billing tills, which leads to a longer wait time especially on weekends and 2ndly they have a limited sitting area which most of the time is full on weekends.

I bought an order from drive thru first of all the attendant took my order and told me to move car ahead and park in the side and he gave order to next car I was still waiting and after 15 mins of waiting one of the staff member came to me and asked what was your order and again after waiting he gave me my order but it wasn’t complete I walked through all the way in drive thru lane to the window to ask them the rest of the items. Moreover, They didn’t even provided a bill to me so for that I parked my car and went to the store and asked manager for the bill so he gave me a print of the bill. Except of all these things when I was eating that burger I found a hair strand in my burger. It is the worst experience I have ever had.

Staff should be more trained in terms of food and coffee preparation. Also they take very much time on billings specially if you want to pay by credit or debit card. They should be trained properly in term of technology. Moreover all the female staff doing gossiping very loud and it seems like a kitty party of female staff is going there

Washrooms were dirty and nasty. Did not have the items I wanted to order. Did not receive full order when i did get my meal. Had to go back front cash and get missing items. A lot of flies in the ice machine. At least I did not get diarrhea from this dine in experience that deserves 1 star

The place was crowded,drive-in was shattered,one person taking orders,cars made to park,orders delivered.Carry away orders like ours the glasses were open,no lids,when asked for lids staff became arrogant.In this age of COVID 19,all we expect is hygiene & safety for everybody but arrogance can't be tolerated.not visiting back again.

Bcuz evn after giving full time order of tandori gril meal....they still served me the already warm chicken piece in tandori grill burger......and moreover after i m done eating ... I was telling them my experience of not getting the freshly grilled peice ......... ,...... He specially just repeating the same thing like we done it in full time sir wid hand gesture .. showing me their kitchen area ...... Which obviously nt a good thing to do...... So hope thy gonna serve better next time if i try to visit... thnkew

Food and service was good but the decorum of the joint was worst. Tables were occupied by the leftovers of the customers and people sitting idle there occupying the premium tables and genuine customers just finding the right place to sit. Nothing in the name of management. I have also shared a video as evidence.
