Management not clever enough to hire more people. Service was too slow. Waited for 1hour for drvu through service. The cashier quite noisy with him telling me that he need to cook something while I was ordering.

Very very very bad services. Waiting for 30 minutes from order to pick-up, hence, during pick up find no order has placed. To re-order again, looking for menu, but the worker not able to provide. **The menu for drive thru only available at the order station. And looking for customer to remember all meal set? When ask for menu, not able to provide one. Ends up, i just wait for nothing. I prefer not to rate any, but minimum one star, forcefully.

If time is your essence.. Dont come here. 40 minute for a coffee on drive through.

Ordered chocolate cream chip but the taste wasn't as expected. I've been a regular customer of starbucks and I know the taste of CHOCOLATE CREAM CHIP. This outlet missed the mark and it tasted like milk instead.

06/07/2022 at 2233 hours ordered hot latte, drove off n sipped and found the drink tasted weird, checked and smelled suspected the milk used is either expired or spoilt. if i have diarrhea tomorrow I will know why. I suggest customers to taste and smell your drinks.

One of the worst service staff experiance in starbucks. The staff was not clean at all. Reusing the blender without proparly rinsing it.. After he made few drinks, one of the team notice his behaviour and request him to rinse it.. And after the fake rinse its still obviously still dirty.. The other staff need to remind him x3 to correct him. Very bad behaviour... The drink made buy other barista for me was good..

Super duper slow service. Waiting time >30 minutes for a single venti frappe. I was watching the staffs closely while waiting and they really get under my skin. Chatting and making orders slowly, taking their own sweet time as if we are at the party, no rush and having fun. 4 people after me got their order first just because they ordered some typical beverages so the staffs made them all together at once. One staff will make drinks only while the other person who have to just put the whipped cream is also busy handing the drive thru orders. I saw many drinks (around 4-5 cups) on the counter with no lid waiting like 5-10 minutes for the next staff to put whipped cream or drizzle before she closed the lids. So not efficient and all I can say they are all messed up. They really need to revise their flow and improve this bad service. As a regular SB customers, I am a bit disappointed and kindly improve. Thank you.

Slowest drive thru ever. Not sure what was the issue. Almost 30 minutes just to make an order(we ordered 3 drinks), then another 20 minutes to get our drinks. And I also told I have the Starbucks drive thru sticker, yet i wasn’t given the discount. Katanya, they missed it. And giving me extra drive thru stickers as compensation. Drinks were also diluted. Worst experience ever with Starbucks!!

Coffee is always great at Starbucks. Just that the drive thru service at this particular outlet is quite slow. They should upgrade their service as this is quite a popular stop for people who are travelling by car to the north. Sometimes, it takes 45 minutes to an hour to complete the order via the drive thru. Not too sure if you go in. I guess it would be the same

Spacious place, service is also fast. But can't pay using grabpay at the moment and ask to pay using cash. What if we don't have cash? need improvement. The payment method only not satisfactory, the others are ok

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We forgot our handbag there. The cleaning staff attempted to contact us and help keep the bag till we return to collect.

The drive through here is extremely slow, yes i know SB Drive through are very slow but this one champion. I actually sat in my car and count , it takes an average 10 mins for them to process your order from start to finish. Come here only if you like to wait in your car for a very long time

One of the famous must stop “Starbucks pit stop” if you travel north from KL even down from Johor. You can top up, refresh yourselves, refill your Starbucks tumble with your favourite coffee, petrol or diesel refilled, food and snacks restocked before your next destination anywhere at the north part of Malaysia. Higher than 80% of time we’ll stop here for Starbucks coffee. Strongly recommended.

Ample seating areas for those weary travellers. A cuppa coffee is a life saver especially one that is located along a major highway. Service was fast and prompt and the traffic of people through here is a lot, prompting you to people watch whilst sipping away your frap or coffee. There are also the usual pastries and selected main dishes to enjoy. The rest rooms and prayer areas are located a few meters away from the rear entrance, convenience at its best.

My most favourite starbucks outlet! Barista's handcraft coffee tasted so right other Starbucks store can't beat them. 🌟 Sometimes I used highway just to drop by and get my coffee from this outlet. Truly a bliss! Well done to the team for such a great service and most importantly on point coffee.

Very cold Sejuk giler hahaha, but overall is ok, suitable to stop and chill before drive back to kampar

Came to get a cup of hot Americano. Cashier told me if I'm to use my own tumbler need to wait 30mins. Of course walk away. Utterly disappointed that due to bring own tumbler so being advised that need to wait longer. I'm sure they got their own reasons. Just as consumer, I'm really disappointed. On a bright side, Starbucks business is still good. PS: Americano is a drink that I think is the least time consuming to prepare.

Quite limited parking lot since it is located at fuel station. Ample of tables & seatings, interesting interior design. Drive-thru also available.

Waited half an hour to get the drink. More than 5 people after me got their drinks but not me. Definitely one of the worst service I've experienced.

Love it when you can grab your coffee on the go to avoid sleepiness on your journey. Wish it had head south bound Starbucks as well. Place inside super clean and cozy. Awesome.

The service is very good. The staff is speaking Utara which is very refreshing to see. I believe she can speak English but to see someone not pretentious is quite nice. The service is fast too.

Worst service. The guy who takes drive thru order on 14 Oct 2021 at 4.30pm was very rude. The queue was long. If you’re too stressed out doing your job then go do something else. Don’t lay it off on paying customers!

I ordered 1 Hot Venti ADL with 1 pump caramel syrup at drive thru counter with some others order today. And I’m totally disappointed with my drinks. No caramel syrup at all. I paid for it but i did not get any. Because of that i have to toss away my drink due to over bitter. I don’t know if it’s my problem of your barista problem. Last two weeks I ordered the same thing but the taste is totally different. So i ordered it again and get disappointment 😩 burn my money 😪 please get your barista properly check the order.

The ambiance is good. Nice and cozy yet 1 of the staf named Issha not very friendly. She ask my order with high tone and she replied with not friendly manner. Then give excuses when want to add on for my drinks cause I’m using my own tumbler. I’ve been using the same tumbler on other Starbucks outlets yet there’s no problem.

Too long of a wait, too many customers maybe. I dont mind the long wait as i have the choice not to queue. But i ordered only a grande, but i got a venti eventhough i have told the barista few times. They charged me on venti though. They put caramel drizzle even on the drink that i dont want them to put. I have no energy left to complain, just took the drinks and drove off. Please be more alert.

Went in on a Friday morning around 920am. Waited 20 mins just for a cup of coffee. Asked for a roll and was told it will take "a while". When asked how long to just warm it up answer given because of drive thru. Ended up with only a cup of coffee.

You need to find parking at petrol station parking space ...dont park beside restaurant because lane for truck pump to refuel ...behind restaurant is drive through lane ???

it is difficult to buy coffee at starbucks because there is no parking space and the area is quite dangerous when the car is parked at the roadside area.

Bad experienced A few times kena 1 time I Ordered Green Tea latte but tasteless no green tea taste just manis gula 2 time I ordered Latte , latte is paling senang la nak buat adik oii! coffee with milk ( either full cream or low fat) pun failed jugak ! Rsa susu je kopi nyer mana dik?? 3 time Caramel Macchiato , no rasa at all Fourth and countless dah, pernah ordered Mocca , rasa coklat je kopi hilang 😫 Who is your manager? Better ajarin budak budak barista ni bebaik , we pay a lot, don't let ppl one day will look down on this brand.

It's another Starbucks. Nothing special about it other than it's in a RnR. Per their SOP, you order when you come in and scan your Mysejahtera. They will write your order on the cups which you bring to counter for payment.

This Starbucks serves hundreds of drive thru customers every day. The store itself can be quiet and calm. This was the very first time I found a Starbucks that actually had every item on their drinks menu available for sale. Nothing was “sold out”. The staff are cheerful but obviously good at serving high volumes of customers with great efficiency.
