Excellent view and this is a must visit when you are in town. I visited during a work meeting so did not have to pay and was not aware that 86th floor is now open for visitors. Regular visitors, Malaysian and non-malaysian's entry tickets are priced differently. 2 stopping points: 1st stop is over at the bridge connecting the 2 towers on 43rd floor then off to the 86th floor to enjoy the 360⁰ view from the observatory deck (Tallest viewing point for now) And get to know more on the constructions and history of the majestic Petronas twin towers. Visit the exhibit points and what used to be Tun M's office. Book in advance, weekends are most likely to be sold out. Reservation online is pretty clear cut and hassle free. The trip is worth every cents and planning ahead. I have since then been bringing our guests here, most especially our overseas guests.

Amazing views from the top. I would seriously recommend you purchase your tickets online as their are only a limited number of tickets sold daily and the ques will be long. A ticket will get your a guided tour of one of the towers and the sky bridge. Very little time is given and we felt rushed. Worth it but wish we could spend as long as we like. Tours take about 1hr.

The tallest twin towers in the world, once the tallest buildings. The view from the top is amazing for sure. However, you need to jump through some hoops to get there. They ask you to come for the check-in at least 10-15 minutes before your time. And even though we did this, we still waited around 10 minutes after our time. When you come you’ll get tagged by a colour and will be assigned to a group of people with the same tag. You will be asked to go through the security check and you will need to leave all water bottles or even larger backpacks downstairs. Then you will be taken to the bridge between the towers. It’s truly beautiful inside and the view is gorgeous. But you will be allowed only 10 minutes there. Then your group will move to the highest floor - into the top of one tower, for the other 10-15 minutes. Then you will be taken to the lower floor with a cafe and some souvenir shops. The whole experience feels rushed and less enjoyable as it should be. However, the view is indeed astonishing. If you want to enjoy the sunset, make sure to buy tickets well in advance. Same-day tickets are also possible to buy from the counter and not online. Tickets are for a particular time - we saw people coming early a couple of hours and they were not allowed.

Amazing architecture. Incredible landmark and icon of KL The towers them selves are offices for the national oil company Petronas. (Hence the name) - one tower also has a few other companies resident. You can walk around the towers and between the middle (through the mall) for free. If you head down stairs there is a “museum” where you can look at the building and design of the towers, this is also where you get tickets to go up. There is a limit of 800 people allowed up per day. These go up in groups of 20, in half an hour slots. You see first the bridge, then the observation deck. The staff inside are fairly friendly and professional. You get a small 2 min talk on the towers, most other info is on screens or info points around the tour. It felt a little hurried but not too bad. They do the usual thing where you get a photo taken of you in front of a green screen, then they try and sell the photo to you - this is a total rip off, costing 130RM for a paper copy of the photo, in a flimsy cover. They also try to tell magnets for 66RM (again, a rip off) The cost of the visit is 80RM per person - to buy the tickets, I would visit the towers at the start of your trip, and book for a day when you can fit it in - queue are terrible in the morning, so head down on your first day after 10am and book for a day in the future, you’ll get a better time slot selection. They take Visa and Mastercard I’d give it about 2-3 hours total, if you spend some time taking photos outside Overall nice experience, a little pricy, but it’s a must do in this city.

Ticket buying was easy, the batched visit up the lift helps make the experience great. No crowds to squeeze with and plenty of room to take the views in. Take note there doesn't appear to be toilets on the bridge and the 86 floor. Wheelchair friendly tho...

Unless you have Acrophobia, you should make a trip here. The view is amazing, not the mention the architecture of the bridge and building. Cant imagine KL without KLCC!

Marking one star off perfect for two reasons: one, it’s expensive, two, it’s not as informative as I’d hoped. As per other reviewers, having to be there 15 minutes before seemed a bit of a waste of time as you do just stand there in a queue… however I can accept that it’s probably needed from their side. The security part was fine and understandable, advise you not to take big bags or bottles of water, you’ll need to store them if you do. The sky bridge is very cool and you get a little bit of a talk prior to the 10 minutes to look around and take photos. After you ascend to floor 86 for the observation deck, views are awesome and I really liked the models in the room, however there’s hardly any info on the building, I would have expected info and pictures detailing the city before and during build. Maybe some information on the architect and the vision, but sadly it felt light on that side plus you’re rushed through. On the whole it’s something you have to experience if you’re a tourist in KL. No regrets, I’m glad I’ve done it even though I hate heights!!

Unique experience. A truly spectacular piece of man made structure. So huge and tall yet so remarkably close to human scale at ground level that you'll never feel that its sheer scale is in any way impeding our lives. At level 86, the spectacular view that it presents were truly remarkable. A must visit for all!!

The ticketing process was really well managed and orderly. The crowd was controlled to avoid over capacity. You should only visit when the weather is good and sunny, else it will be wasted. Overall experience was awesome and amazing, looking all the building architecture from birds eye view. A must place visit for anyone first time in KL Highly recommend 👍🏻

Offer some good views of the city(depending on the weather). Not much of a crowd and the ticketing process was easy (they take you in batches). Overall it was a good experience.

The ticket office and entrance are in the concourse, only accessible by an escalator or stairs. So if you're travelling with a wheelchair or stroller you need to get a staff member to come down to help. They're pretty busy so need to plan ahead.

Best place to have a look at the Kuala Lumpur city. The observation deck at 86th floor of world's tallest twin towers is a must go place if you are visiting Malaysia. You have to buy a ticket before you enter 30minutes tour to this observation deck.

Nice place to spend an hour with friends or family. Terrific views of the city from all directions. Try to go at 7:00 so you can get the day time and night time views. Tickets are 80RM. Goes up to 86 floors. Skybridge is included in ticket price.

I like observation deck! It's the best time to go for Malaysian. Less tourist, they even open up booking online for local. Before this, you need to queue up in the morning for local to buy the tickets. Now it's even convinient. Enjoy the scenery. Especially when it's a good day as today.

Great view above if you like skylines. However it would be pricy to get a ticket for nonlocals as the ticket stands at RM85 for foreigners. However if u show your myKad, you will just need to pay RM35. Great for taking photos. The souvenir shop things are expensive like hell. Even the photo that they made u snapped before entering the elevator was so mind blowingly pricy at RM60 with no frame.

Worth a visit. Glad we could go to the observation deck and see the city around. Cost is on the higher side, but it is ok for one time visit.

Worst experience ever, came 15min late due to a flight delay. Staff said it was not there problem, unwilling to assist and told me buy another ticket and come back another day. Shocking to be honest and the lack of assistance. Absolutely poor staff and horrible experience.
