the place is on the top floor in the aeon building.. so far tgv rawang is still the best and even if it's crowded sometimes there are new stories..

The cinema hall is not too cold nor too hot, so there's no need to bring any extra layer of clothing. I would advise to use the app to book seat(s) especially if the movie is highly rated, because the cinema is usually packed.

i left my bag at tgv rwg but after asking pic , no any lost & found on that day .. so funny & i already do report police regarding this issue & raise complaint to your company & please make sure your bangla do right thing because i know their will take money & throw away all card to garbage … see u at padang mahsyar ya everyone .. 19/12/23 Hall 2 Seat H17&18 Movie Adik Abang 9:45PM & also why u guys close the hotline ? area manager / operation manager what u guys do ? please look on it .. so bad customer experience

Caramel pop corns hv to be purchased via online, can't be done over the counter. Very less option of foods over the counter. Seating is good and clean.

Plenty of foods selection at night. Great choice to drop by here for dinner. 5 person dining out here and we spent RM200+, haha. Just too many irresistible foods here..

Pls update sound system, hall no.2, before movie start advertising good sound, but when movie start show NO ENOUGH SOUND, we pay for movie show not for advertising, pls check sound volume for movie show

The TGV is located at 1st of the AEON Rawang Mall. We can purchase our tickets together with the snacks we love through the machine they have keep at the entrance of the cinema. The cinema hall looks clean and fresh giving excellent movie experiences. However, the snack (salt and butter popcorn) is not fresh. After the movie, the staff clean the hall immediately too. Recommended to watch a movie to experience a wonderful moment.

Nice and clean, they have those e-ticket kiosks for convenience (no need to queue) and if you're confused on how to use them, the staff will help you out (but some of them may get slightly annoyed).

Although just only a total of 7 halls available here, however, cinema goers and movie addicts wouldn't mind waiting for hours for their showtime to come after a preceding showtime ends. However, you have to get used to the booking kiosks provided as there is no longer booking at the counter. Overall, the cinema here is satisfactory catering for a small town.

The ticket attendants are not helpful. They tend to group around and talk without giving a damn whether customers are around. So many people are lining up...only one or two counters are opened. Now with ticketing machine enforced..the situation are worse still. The seatings inside the cinemas are stinking.

Good service. Clean and tidy cinema. Very loud sound but helps when people next to you talk so I guess that is good.

Customer service is excellent and TGV is using cashless option in their counter so better to book the movie and the snacks in their app

Went there twice this past 2 months, it was cleaner when I enter for last month. Nowdays it's messier as there's lot of people. Should've put out the trash earlier so that I wouldn't step on it. Seeing a plastic of trash once entering is displeasing tbh. It was a mood killer. Well It's fairly clean on inside.

It's clean and staff there really friendly. The environment is cold with all the air conditioning works well. Sounds system depand on the each cinemas while cinema 5 and 1 is the bigger and better option to watcg new movies

Loved the place, been going to watch all of my movies there. There are Tickets to be bought in a touchscreen (if you are not sure what to do there's a person to help you). I would advice to be early around 45min because it can be hectic. You shouldn't do it last minute.

Theater..is fine. But their shops... 500ml mineral water also cost me rm4!! Other than d ticket, tidbits r So expensive n too bad that a cold place like theater dont sell hot drinks !! So, guys bring yr own water k.
