KFC Bukit Sentosa should exactly follow KFC standard. Observation : 1) Chicken size is not consistent. 2) Staff proffesionalism ie. no greeting👎, lack training, 👎 no courtesy👎, 👎no smiling etc. 3) Cleanliness just moderate condition - window glass, door glass, queue signage, washing sank not clean👎. 4) Food - sometime tasteless and sometime too salty. Where are your auditor and QC food checker ? 5) Premise set up ✔️👍 6) Staircase to level 1 too steep and slippery👎. Why no yellow/black stripe lines on the stepways ?? Please consider for senior citizen and disablity people. 7) Food pricing - 😅😅 8) Vehicle parking space👌 9) Premise shop space - narrow and small. Please consider to in-waiting customers.

Service a bit slow but the main problem was the counter staffs were not wearing any mask! Why mask is important in food industry? Due to the current covid pandemic to prevent further spreading covid but most importantly, hygiene issues!!!. Staffs talking n saliva may fly left n right! KFC should set an example in the food industry with proper hygine standards especially in the process while preparation of food for customers.!!

Where do I start? Walked in with only one kiosk working. Fine. Ordered the new one box with my mate and waited. Staff called our numbers and guess what no ZINGER BURGER. He doesn’t mention anything about sending to our table and pretends our order is done. We talk to him and he says and I quote “oh order not completed yet” and proceeds to pull the tray away from us instead of sending it to our table later. Here is where things get even more interesting. After a bit we got our burgers and proceeded to the second floor of which’s hygiene was horrifying. Never knew my shoes could squeak so much. Sat down took a sip of my drink which was suppose to be Coke Zero and realised they gave me normal coke. Decided it was a mistake and went back down asking for a change. They gave me Sarsi instead of Coke Zero. I just gave up and went back up to have my meal. Guess what chicken is was not cooked properly and the burger, haha the disgusting floor probably had more flavours than that burger. It was cold and had absolutely, I repeat ABSOLUTELY NO FLAVOUR! Worse KFC ever. Don’t even think about eating here ever.

Customer are ordered the meal and request for the thigh and breast part.. If KFC staff unable to provide the chicken as requested by customer you can inform it before make a payment.. people are eating the KFC from their pocket money and you are not giving free meal to accept on what you are providing.. Even the chicken not have the smell of KFC.. what are the quality of food you are maintaining at all

Cozy place to dine in. The staff were veryyy friendly. But why there are only 1 kfc branch here lol. So long to que.

Cannot find another KFC as bad as this. Serving hot coke without gas. Chili and ketchup not available at dining area upstairs. Left over food and tray not collected. Air cond not working. Kampung Fried Chicken could be better. Better spend your money elsewhere.

Shop open late around 10.10am. manager very slow not active and just standing and talking also not good manner handle customers. Manager Fast Food supposed to active and help all crew to smooth their work, we waiting more than 15 minute to get our order. Floor mess, not clean , to many dust at table, machine order and have bad odour.

Rasa/taste KFC chicken yang paling "meh" saya pernah makan. KFC perisa Lays tapi marinate mcm tak cukup rasa - KFC sini mcm tiada hati dan rasa... makan dgn cili pun "cannot make it" Staff does not use the Display for collection even for in house orders but calls out number instead. What's the point of a system if no discipline to use it to make things more efficient?

Fast food slow ever I had. Chicken was small, environment was dirty, aircond was hot cond. What is the purpose u have kiosk? Queue for kiosk, queue for payment, queue for Food. Overall took me about 40 minutes to get so called fast food. Hawker with lower price might faster than u and portion bigger than yours. Totally dissatisfied.

kfc shop that is easy to see, even if you are on the main road, easy to park a car or motorcycle, friendly staff, their staff is quick to do the work, good

Really slow delivery, i place my order at 1pm to get by 3:30PM, but now is already 5:42PM still dint get my order. what kind of service is this?!!! 😡takyah buat delivery la kalau slow macam ni.

I can say that on Hari Raya Holiday, they will have outstanding order wherever they locations is since no others restaurant are open for business. You will need to wait sometimes up to 90 minute to get what's your order. For my self, I can accept that if you look the real condition they have to face. For others please try to understand they situation. This waiting situation is only when a Hari Raya holiday come around like now

This outlet usually crowded between 12 to 3pm. Better order online via kfc website and collect at the fixed time.

KFC - Colonel Sanders fried chicken. Great as usual. This outlet followed CMCO SOP, service would be slightly slower but won't dampen your taste experience.

Foods were prepared aestheticly nice but some of it taste either too salty or too bland. Maybe I'm just 'lucky' to get the overly seasoned zinger stacker & bland whipped potato. I got the not so fresh, reheat zinger stacker. Next time I'll try other non zinger menu & see if they will make it fresh or reheat. Service wise was good. Expected to wait around 20 mins because there were many orders & they're kinda short of staffs. Great atmosphere. Cold & spacious. But the stairs to upper level (dining area) was too steep.

Service lembab.. tak check properly makanan before serve customer. Order coleslaw dpt mash potato. Others food pon tak dapat.Dah la bukan favorite. So disappointed KFC BUKIT SENTOSA.. train your staff properly. Go class how to serve customer correctly.

Unpleasant Experience!! We visited the KFC on a weekend evening for dinner. There were a few other tables dining upstairs, and the atmosphere was stuffy, even though it was raining outside. The air conditioning seemed to be not working properly. We went downstairs to ask for more chili sauce, as the self-service station was running out. The staff only gave us a few small packets of chili sauce. When another family later complained about the same issue, they were only given a refill of the sauce bottle. One of our mashed potatoes was also of poor quality, as you can see in the picture. Overall, we were not impressed with our experience at this KFC branch. We would not recommend it, and would suggest driving a few minutes further to the KFC Rawang City instead, where the food and service are of a much higher standard.

For me this is the worst KFC I never seen in my live coz just now bought 15pcs KFC and female staff give me 4 packet of sc when requested for extra she through 3pct in the box.another female staff telling me ,can’t give more sc for KFC.I am spending 100+ for KFC but she said can’t give more sc .This is not about sc , all about attitudes.if this attitudes is continuous your outlet will close soon

To many complaints about this branch. I was here today, 5.50pm 26th Mac 2021. I only got my order 20 min later; the cashier was in argument with a customer, which for me was no excuses as all. I thought they provided good training for staffs to handle customers. Really hope there are changes here, in terms of customer relationship.

Nasi Lemak tak masak, pls don’t drop your quality even though you’re puasa or hari raya,very disappointed, pay money for uncooked rice. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Ordered food through apps kfc, food didn't delivered but in the apps said delivered. So frustrated. Called customer service, they asked me to wait for kfc call but half an hour already but nothing! My kids are so hungry. What a waste!
