Horrible vet. Not recommended at all especially for dogs. Spent over 1k and they kept my dog there for 6 days. My dog got worse. Finally brought her back. They kept her in small cage with cage below her feet too. Her paws are swollen and cut up. Last day her nail was stuck and broke and they didnt even notice. Didnt fix any of her issues. Came back with more injuries.

Dear Doctor, if you think you are not capable on handling A kitten and have problem at home please resign and don’t bring your emotional disorder to work. For you it might just a kitten/cat for your customer it’s their son/daughter that they bring to clinic. Before people further report your clinic and you might lose your businesses. Please rectify the issues. Please be more professional when it comes to work related matters. For those who have thoughts on sending your cats/kittens here please find other better option as this Veterinar Clinic are not recommended at all even they offered cheap price.

Bad experienced here... I brought 2 cats here.. Arrived here at 12.30pm n registered personal details.. Then around 12.55pm, staff asked us to get out from the clinic due to clinic closed during rest hours 1pm - 2pm just after taking my personal details.. Hmmm.. bringing two cats together here is not an easy task for us.. and at the same time had to wait until 2 o'clock. The cat had pee inside the cage too.. fuhh!!! Why no rotation recess for the staffs eh? Very bad service, and playful staff..

My cat had intoxication issue. Rushed her to this vet and my cat was put on drip and she didnt seem to get any better. Doc didn't give further advise. Nurse released my cat upon my request and I was told to be mentally prepared. My cat is still doing good now after I seek second opinion from another vet. Overall experience is just OK.

Really love this veterinary clinic !!! the doctor and staff here have always been fantastic and have gone above and beyond anything I've needed here .The receptionist recognized me and would able to quickly check me in without any hassle. The doctor and staff have always been super professional, nice and understanding. They always take the best care of our pet. Their charges have been fair and reasonable too. The facility was clean!! loved it !! I always recommend it when I hear someone is looking for a vet ! Love the way they treat my pet. They really seem to care about our pet and know them by name. I'm always impressed with the service we get when we're there . Everything was great doctor were very knowledgeable and kind . Overall, they're been extraordinary and I have no desire to change vets at any points.

Definitely not a good place for your canine. My dog with liver infection was hospitalised for 6 days. On the day she was discharged, she was unable to walk on her four limbs. Her paw pad was ripped off, with one toe swollen. There were so many injuries on all her legs. You can imagine the pain she went through and the doctor was not aware of any of these predicaments. No doubt the clinic is beautiful and spacious but doesn't do any good to the pets. My dog lost her mobility because she was put in a small cage with no chance to move her limbs. She was put on sodium bicarbonate drips while any vet will know that an antibiotic administered through Iv will be a better option at combatting inflammation. Glad that i decided to move her out and seek treatment elsewhere. The other vet we went to was horrified to see her condition. My only request is that if you all do not have the ability to treat dogs please say so. Do not deceive pet owners with a friendly approach just because the patient is unable to speak up and defend itself.

Veterinary clinic with ultrasound and x-ray machine. The vet are informative and very good at handling and diagnosing illness for your cats.

The interior part of the clinic is large which helps pets to feel comfortable. The staff and doctors are very friendly and responsive when handling customers and their pets. Overall, a positive review for me 😊

Hospital standard because can encounter complicated cases including bone surgery. Doctors and assistance friendly and knowledgeable. Explains well, and give the best treatments. Clean and hygienic. Keep it up..

Very large premises, friendly staff. I have had 3 cats nuteured here and every time the job has been neat and my cats have been well looked after. Definitely recommended.

Last sunday 8/7/23 ; i resued a puppy hit n run case. Was attended by the front counter 1st than was immediate action taken by Dr Batrisyia. She calmly attend the puppy which couldnt move its limbs. She diagnose and explain the puppys condition very well amd gv a hope for me. Today 11.10.23 puppy discharged , started to stand and walk ,Thanks to the staff who did the cleaning and feeding as well. Yr service is very much appreciated. Good job!

Everytime i come to this vet, all i need help is with the daily GS injection. And everytime I come, there are always customers that arrive after me that are being called in first. Unfortunately this is the only vet in Nilai that does GS injections for customers. I had to make a noise at the counter and really hope this vet improves their services, but for now, they suck because the made me wait 40mins for just a quick GS injection.

Elle loved it here. She had a successful neutering 🫶🏼 The staff were absolutely nice towards Elle.

Double standard. It seems they are extra friendly towards people with expensive cats but stray, not so much. Service is only personalized if the cats are posh. I hope they will improved on these.

Maybe because the place is new but wow the clinic is so clean and not warm so waiting is so comfortable not to mention all the staffs are so nice can't forget to mention the hilarious receptionist! This is a great place for all pet parents totally recomend
