It was okay. Takes up to 3 hours for new patients check up. Doctor explained clearly. One thing I don't like is they call the patient and ask if able to pay?? I find it very rude as we come to check up, of course we have enough money. Feeling biased. Overall okay

My 6 years old son complaint of blurry vision, I brought him to spectacle shop but they couldn’t check for my son and they refer us to Vista Eye Specialist Klang. When they told me the check up need to take about 3 hours time I got a shocked until I see what they do. The check up is very detailed, the optometrist is very helpful and patient, my son is afraid especially putting the eye drops but she managed to calm my son down and my son is very happy and relaxed. They checked my son eyes with high tech machine, the power checked is very accurate. Most importantly, doctor Alan is a very good doctor, his consultation is very detailed. First time to this place, trying to get my right eye check, for cloudy vision. Customer service is the worst I hv come across. Telling me it wl take 3 hours to check and must make appointment. I even told them I m an old man (69years), but still insist I fill the form. I was grumbling facing difficulties while filling up, none of the staffs come to my assistance. They just stand and watch. I got angry and told them why none come to assist me, I am going to another clinic. When I reach the next place, to my surprise, the staff greet me , very polite ask me how she can assist. I just hv to tell her my requirement and she just advice me what is to be done and my appointment was confirmed without filling a form, 4pm today. What a world of difference of customer service?

Cataract surgery done by Dr Alan Koh is excellent! Very experienced and good doctor. I very satisfy with my vision after surgery, far and near is very clear and I do not need to wear glasses anymore. Even though the waiting time is quite long because a lot of patients see doctor, but the check up is very detailed and doctor explained things very clearly. Was here for an eye checkup few weeks ago. Waiting time was long even with appointment. Dr Alan was okay and nice enough to explain about my eyes condition. But I just don't understand why they wanna charge extra money just for a copy of my report and I can't even take picture of my report. And they claimed that it's sort of their property. It just doesn't make sense to me. I paid for the checkup and I can't even have a copy of my report.
