Been here for few years and nice treatment with MyClinic. Those machine face treatment was I best favourite choosing. Doctor and beauticians was too friendly and kind, and always solve my skin issue. Recommended places. ♥️♥️♥️

Been going here since June 2023. Price: They are premium price but for a reason. Really fixed my acne issues. Beautician: Really loved my session with Yvonne. She is passionate in what she is doing and an experienced beautician. Parking: Site parking is tough especially on weekends but I appreciate the complimentary car wash service they provide at BP. Very convenient. Atmosphere: Calming. Love their aromatic spa scent. Service: No hard selling but need to improve:- - Your cashier/sales person wrongly charged me for an extra RM500 one time (solution: i had to take another package to offset the amount, which i did not need the package and it's not currently being used). - On another occasion, I asked to do instalment but they charged me the full amount (this was rectified on the spot). - During Merdeka sale (31/9), they advised me to take supplement pills (Isabelle) but after purchase, I realised the expiry date is in October. They shouldn't sell almost expired product. Solution given was for me to switch to a different product (Annabelle). Hence, I did not experience the full effect of sticking with one product. - Place can get full at times. I did not enjoy the first time I did my pico laser with them. I was moved around from one place to another multiple times with numbing cream and saran wrap on my face because they had to accommodate other patients. I expected better for a premium price treatment. - Beautician/sales person/doctor all gave different recommendations on the treatments to take. Very confusing and I had to figure out what's best for me.

Heard good reviews about this place, and decided to check it out. Now on my 5th visit and not going to stop any sooner. Friendly and efficient service, my face has improved so much after a few visits. Would recommend to others to go for a consultation first before proceed with treatment.

Highly recommended. I have been faithfully using the skincare product & doing facial routine with MyClinic since 2020. Very comfortable because the staff is not pushy. They will recommend few suitable products / treatments but it is up to us to buy or not. That's what I really, really like. They also have Birthday Month Promo, Hari Raya, Year End Sales, etc... Always check their instagram updates. On August 31, 2023 there was a Merdeka Sale! MyClinic prepared a sumptuous lunch buffet! sedap gila! loveeeee!!!

During my consultation, I observed that the session took place in the Hallway of the clinic, in the presence of other staff and customers. The consultant seemed more focused on promoting the end-year promotion than providing a thorough and private discussion about my concerns. This approach, in my opinion, appeared unprofessional and did not meet the standard I expected from your clinic. Moreover, I paid RM50 for a 15-minute consultation, and the setting did not align with the level of confidentiality and professionalism. I believe such important discussions should be conducted in a more private and conducive environment, away from the potential distractions of a busy entrance. I understand the importance of promotional activities, but I believe that consultations should prioritize addressing the client's concerns.

I recently had a fantastic facial experience at MyClinic. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. MyClinic staff are accommodating and friendly. I always make my appointments with my favourites beautician named Evie. She has amazing skills - she is helpful and she cares for my issues very well. She is very detailed; that means extractions are a pain because she will go for each oil seed, blackhead, whitehead and pimple on your face, but it also means she cares for your every need - even the temperature of the room while you’re lying on the spa bed getting treated. She ensures I’m comfortable and satisfied every time I visit. Evie makes my skin happy, and I’m always happy to see her for my treatments! Thank you, Evie! Thank you, MyClinic!

I was there cause of recommendation. I am sure myclinic will give me good and friendly service but i am giving 2 star cause of the beautician assigned to me name Stacy. Was not happy with her service in terms of hygiene. My 1st facial where the beautician didnt wash her hands before touching my face. 1st cleanse she washed. Subsequently wasnt sure but i am VERY dure she didnt wash her hands before touching my face after touching the silk peel machine and door. Right hand holding the pen while left hand touching my face, masaging the serum into my face. I know the silk peel treatment has a few serum options for us to choose but she didnt bother to explain or even tell me which serum she chose. I have to ask her. After completing the treatment, i was left again aghast with her coming back with the clay mask. Yet again didnt wash her hands. I feel very insecure more so with covid while she touches my nostril and edge of mouth while using her unwashed bare hands. More so i heard the cleaner coughing so hard with phlegm allowed into the clinic while us customer was told to rearrange our appointment if we have covid symptoms. I do hope myclinic can further educate the importance of hygiene within their staff and also uphold their ruling which they apply to customer.

The staffs are friendly, but not the doctor. I consulted with 1 of the doctor, and she keeps assuming things. Doctors should have asked questions, get to know more about the patients problem, but no, she's like in a rush. Maybe it's her lunch hour (1pm) but still... She assumed i'm not married and i didn't say anything bcs didn't think its a big deal until she mentioned about a medicine which is not good if you're trying to conceive. She assumed I didn't wear any sunscreen just bcs i hv freckles. I asked her about my ongoing treatment with some place else, she simply said 'stop all that' and offer their products. I'm hoping for her knowledge and info about stuffs, but all she did was to offer the company's product. Please be more professional. I left the place feeling so down. My face is so ugly with my acne problem, you should just say something nice and give me some hope. I'm not a school kid with acne. I've spent a lot.

I have been going to myclinic damansara for a few years and the treatments never disappoint me. The beauticians are good and gentle, and the results are to crave for. I also love that they include face/shoulder massages together with the facial treatments. Seriously, i will forever be pampered with treatments from myclinic!

Was looking a place to do facial due to severe black/white heads and also skin dullness. They had reccomended suitable treatment and my beautician Kylie was extremely patient and thorough thruout my entire session.
