One of the best fish and chips in town. Variety of fish for choose (seabass, dory, salmon and more), you may choose deep fry or grilled, pair with different side dish. Their mushroom soup is good... Not those Salty type... And full of mushrooms 😋 Personally love their curry mayo dip sauce... Must try!

Love the food here--i preferred the haddock way more than the halibut, as the former was much more juicier. The crisps are excellent too. Their sauces are pretty good. The place, for some reason is really cold though. And the wait was pretty long even when the tables look empty

Fish and chips batter was nicely done, crispy and when you cut through the smoke from the fish comes out. Portion is small, just nice for me paired with reasonable pricing. Fish didn't feel very fresh. Hake had a bit of weird bitter aftertaste. Sea bass was a bit fishy not the freshess. Crisps or chips was very fine tasted like self made and not from the packets. Coleslaw is good. Home made mash potatoes tastes like it came from an instant machine ones.

Ordered the classic Fish & Chips and selected the Halibut fish (if I'm not mistaken it's the RM29 fish) and gotta say its delicious.I guess for a set that costs RM 29.50, it is good enough. The food was good. A Fun Family Environment! Those are the concept that should be followed by many Outlets.

I have no idea what happened to this one of the best fish n chip in town. The portions are getting ridiculously small! I ordered the dory fish is just slightly thicker than hor fun noodles. Garlic bread la showed on the menu was 2 long rectangular shape but came out with 2 cubes of garlic breads. The other side i ordered was mashed potato and it served on a sauce plate, same as the tartar sauce they provided. Very very poor. I don’t think this restaurant can last any longer if they dont make any changes.

Not sure if Harry Ramsden at Genting really brought down my expectation for fish & chips, but you guys seriously make me fall in love with fish & chips! Ordered hoke at first just to test water and then we decided that’s it good enough to get the halibut. The spicy flavor is really good and it gives this extra kick to it. Let’s not forget the chips! Really enjoy my meal!

The service is good and good taste for the food also with various sauce. Should try salted egg sauce, eat with French fries also nice.. But the corn side dish is not so tasty for me..

I was a fan of their original Bandar Sunway location, but the move to Sunway Pyramid has seen a decline in food quality. At the One Utama outlet, the fried fish was notably tough to chew. Overall, it's a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend it.

I don't think I'll go back again. I had the classic Fish n Crisps with Sea Bass. I had the saddest looking bit of coral lettuce with one very small cherry tomato, the chips were too brown for my liking and the fish was a little disappointment. Its batter is so thick and oily. To think this is supposed to be the chef's recommended wor....I can't recall ever having fish and chips so poor in standard. It's definitely a no for me.

There is no queue on a weekend lunch hour. The staff were attentive and the restaurant was clean. We had the signature fish and crisps meal and opted for the sea bass. The fish is served hot with crunchy skin. Slightly salted crisps taste nice, but some of the crisps are over-fried. We added the mashed potatoes, but we didn’t like them. The gravy tasted very light; therefore, the mashed potatoes tasted rather bland.

If you love fish & chips, this place is a good option. The menu is pretty standard fare for a fish & chips joint, but most of their items are great. The one unique thing is their fried crisps which are very much like potato chips but they complement the food very well. Their dory fish is one of my favorites and I'd recommend ordering them in a platter to share. Their sides are good accompaniments from their mashed potatoes to onion rings. Service is good as well as their staff are quite friendly and helpful. I would say this place is worth a visit!

The experience was decent, with friendly & attentive staff. The price has definitely went up over the years and the portion is a little shrinked. All of which is understandable due to the inflation. That said the Nasi Lemak Ikan's Rice was not properly cooked, and while the sambal was nice and spicy, it was a little too sweet. While I would definitely come back again, I unfortunately cannot recommend the nasi lemak ikan. That said, it is a pleasant place to have a nice and reasonably priced dinner by today's standards! 😁

Saddest meal I’ve eaten in a while. Ordered wild catch sea bass with black pepper sauce. The fish, mashed potato n the sauce were alright but the overall dish really felt off with one tiny cherry tomatoes split into two — can they be anymore cheap skate than this. Welp

Ordered the classic Fish & Chips and selected the Hake fish (if I'm not mistaken it's the RM29 fish) and gotta say I wasn't impressed how there was an obvious size difference between my friend's Dory and my Hake which is smaller in size. I guess for a set that costs RM 29.50, it is good enough. It is nice how transparent they are about the source of the fish tho (Like stating the Dory to be a farmed fish etc, so you can gauge the price points according to the source of the fish). The food was good, managed to get a top up of the tartar sauce and the service was friendly too. Next time I think I will opt to buy rice as a side dish as it wasn't really filling. These are one of the places where I'd go for a first-time or a 2nd time try for the experience.

I used to dislike fish & chips as normally dory fish is used. Here they serve 'really good fish' and they all taste very fresh and delicious & the crunch is not too hard. Strongly recommended.

Tasted quite rough and rather bland. Not that cheap either but there’s a chance I took the wrong fish. Was a bit salty also if I recall correctly.

Loved the food! Especially enjoyed the prawn fritters. The drinks were quite special as well. Particularly liked one drink called "Emerald Sea". Would go again!

Menu had a limited amount of drinks available like a fast food chain. Only tartar sauce is available despite the TV displaying multiple kinds of sauces. Food wise it was well cooked and tasty, however the batter was a little thick for me, but probably some people may like it. They do serve quite a few kind of fish from dory to halibut, which can be quite distinct in taste. Crisp was good too. Male staff's attitudes were quite bad, we asked about the menu and they replied simply with an irritated look, busy talking instead of paying attention to customers or orders from the kitchen. Saw my fish sitting on the counter for quite some time, thought it was self service and went and took it myself and the male staff gave no concern. Female staffs on the other hand were rather attentive, quickly came and informed me that she would take the remaining dish from the counter as she was clearing another table.

Fish options were excellent. Batter and crisps wer a little on the oily side, and the sauces are super strong flavoured and should be used sparingly. Soup of the day(fresh mushroom soup when I visited) was decent if a little bland. Kind of balances it out, but I will return purely for the selection of fish and to try the different combinations, with chips rather than crisps. Portion was excellent for the price, and I left satiated.

Surprisingly good. First time having meal here. Simple meal but delicious. It's a bit salty side but the fish taste great. The potato chips is finely thin cut. When you feel boring with chicken or beef. This is a restaurant you should give a try. Considering the portion, it's not expensive. The swing chair is a bonus, even we adults is having a great day here. Will come back for sure. Please keep up the great standard of the meals. TQ

1st time visiting this restaurant. Ordered grilled Hake fish. The fish is really delicious and also the fries chips. But feel like the staff did not take initiative to provide their signature sauces. If not because the TV keep advertising their sauces, don't think we aware they have these kind of sauces.

A great restaurant for fried food lover. Huge portion and nice presentation. Should try its Mozorella cheese stick, can pull and taste good. Fried fish here is better than their fried chicken. The sides are not to my liking, mashed potato was served cold and mushroom soup taste weird, potato chips were over fried. Sadly the Liquid Base Sauce station is no longer available 😩

Had brunch at this restaurant one time and since then this place is my favorite one. I pick Hake and Chips spicy flavour and for the beverage i choose Emerald sea, it’s so yummy and the portion not bad. They take care of every order right and don’t let you wait any longer. The food quality and services are top-class. You should try it once.
