The management need to take action on this. As a mall air-conditioning is a basic thing and the management shouldn't off just to save money.

It's a mini mall. Used to having many more outlets compared to now. There was even a McDonald's here once upon a time. Basically this place is Parkson's department stores. If you like Parkson you would enjoy shopping here especially when there is a sale. Good location, ample public parking and many shops in the vicinity.

There are two levels where the ground floor level is mostly men's clothing and shoes. I've been to this Parkson since I was little.But starting last year,the air conditioning got very bad,infact worse.It is so bad to the point your armpit get wet within 15 minutes of walking.Please Parkson Management,take action to solve this problem.I am also concern about your staff wellbeing as they are also drowning in sweat.As your loyal customer,now,even i reconsider coming to do my shopping. Point: Its so hot my ketiak basah.

Worst Parkson Mall ever in Malaysia. No Air-conditioning, not conducive for shopping(my 10th time visit). Please move out to a better place or just shut down. Parkson you are missing out the rising sales opportunity in Sungai Petani.

Kinda like a neighbourhood mall. Parkson is the anchor tenant. Can get your formal attire and other apparels here. Used to have Giant supermarket, but it’s been permanently closed. SP people will likely to refer to this place as “Parkson” instead of “Petani Parade.”

Air condition not working.Still can tolerate with it.Clothes all quite good.BUT the promoters at there very rude towards customers. Went there to buy some new clothes for Deepavali this evening (1/11/2021).I went to the CROCODILE brand section to take a look at the shirts over there and saw few shirts kept in locked shelf. I asked the promoters(dont want to mention the race) to take it out to check the quality before purchasing it. BUT what she replied was shocking. She said this shirt is RM499.00 and she walk away. Is this how your worker act towards customers?Your work is to promote the products that's why everyone addressed you as promoter. You are paid for your work no one ask you to do it for free.

This is a decent shopping place. There's not much grocery shopping there. Clothes are in different varieties there.
