Significant changes been made since TTE (Transition To Endemic)! Newly installed elevator at the center of the mall and also the Dinosaur Fair. Weekdays not crowded at all! Hopefully all businesses resume in the very near future.

This place is a shell of its former glory. It is now rundown and some of the floors feel like a ghost town. There used to be a snow area for kids but it no longer exist. Aside from clothes and item shopping, there really isn’t much to do here unless if you are in the mood for a massage, bowling or McDonald’s. Also, I have to say the furniture arts shop at the very high level does sell some good furniture so do give that place a visit.

Once a 'heyday'place,today its not up-to-date with the times. Still nice to be able to see that affordable clothes and shops that sell different things from big time stores. Pacific is a good mall to purchase most things, especially very local and prices and goods reflect that. I got a nice wallet and there's so many bags, shoes and choices.....will go back again.

Hopefully one day Megamall will achieve its former glory.

the 🎳 centre was spectacular after being renovate... more larger space that suit for big family to chill... the environment feels so energetic.. thumbs up!!!!!! 3 🌟 because the mall become dull

Good enough. But at the second and third floor not crowded. Sometimes I feel like afraid if walk lonely in up stairs especially in near place for see a film

Once upon time it was the biggest mall with huge crowds. Now business was so slow. Got MCD,KFC, pizza,and Chinese food courts with variety of foods. Dress T-shirt and outfit selling shops. A lot of phone shops. And got massage centre. At top level got cinema.

Still 'alive'. The department stores still sell a wide variety of clothes/accessories at good price. Highly recommended to go during seasonal sales. Some areas need maintenance such as outside parking.

Very good place to hang out, the cinema and bowling centre are the best, good few shop to shopping around

Not a very modern, state of the art shopping mall, after all this is not the popular traveling area in Penang. You could still get some food and daily supply stuff here, McDonald, KFC, Watson.

THERE ARE MANY KINDS OF BRANDED CLOTHES FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY, THE INTERIOR IS VERY COMFORTABLE

Place dirty, no maintenance whatsoever, the smelly is very terrible. The only reasons here is the bowling centre and the cinema. So much potential for this mall.

This shopping mall is way too empty, almost feel like haunted, not many store caught my attention since online shopping is a norm nowadays, I am sure u can just buy it online. The only benefit is that the cinema "mega cineplex" is very cheap and not that crowdy.

Big shopping mega mall, have lots of phone counter sales, fashion T shirts and jeans, cinema for movies, food, McDonald and KFC and many more.....

This place is awesome! There are tons of food options to choose from and plenty of entertainment, like ice skating, and much more. There are also many shops to explore. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit tedious because you need to use the app to pay if you don't want to use other options. However, if you already have the app, it's pretty easy to go through. Just keep in mind that parking can get quite packed, but that's understandable considering the popularity of the place.

Actually this is the best place fort relaxing and shopping unfortunately because of virus covid 19 it become a lonely world.

Even the mall maybe quiet and don't have a lot of shop. But amaze with the toilet. Its clean and aesthetic

Megamall not so Mega. Lot of empty or unused stores I think only the ground floor is really used. FastFood restos like McDonald's attract the visitors.

Much of the mall is not occupied and there are cracks in some part of the building. Consider demolishing them, part of this building is an eyesore.

This mall is like an abandoned mall with a few closed shops and the lighting was not very good . Anyways they still have an attraction like bowling centre and cinema

Used to be one of the top hangout places but it's gloomy now due to covid and lockdown. A place to recommend for some decent shopping.

Now many shops still not open yet. The place look rather gloomy. Unless you got a specific things you want to buy, nothing much fun over there

Nice mall.. medium crowd, sufficient retail stores for most commoner's..👌🏾

So far it's okay. Haven't done a thorough check of what's there. This place also needs some improvement for its lighting system. Don't make the place look sorrowful. A lot of shops here by the way. Also, it got a free bus connecting it with the people from the island..so you can take a free bus from the nearby bustop to the island area.

Less crowded, ample of parking, great collections of children apparels, great offer on bedding items, groceries and beverages. Parking fee RM 3 for first 4 hours.

Old lots of places closed down but still good for daily need. Plenty of parking underground. Not many people, so kinda nice.

the management of this shopping mall is facing the problems of anchor tenants here is a place for budget's good to sold here and is full of hand phones store foreign workers who stay around this areas will gather around here with friends to do shopping and have foods the basic facilities such as roads paint work need to upgrade

We attending food tasting for my son's wedding. At 5th floor.. near megaball cinema and bowling alley.. not much people..crowd happened for certain occasion ..like wedding , bowling tournament and watching movie .. but below level got lots of business premises.. also favourite place to hanged out for foreigners workers esp weekend .
