didn't take any pictures but the place was nice been going here since i was a baby but now well the chicken is small and taste just okay.not worth the money tho . the burgers is meh maybe cuz i eat the plain one fast service tho well that's because there's no one in there Lmaooo the staff well normal.. i think one of your staff in white is hurt . he walks so slow and almost like capit capit ??? wth are you guys doing with your staff ? anyways I would rather eat the chicken at mcd bye

This is the best KFC franchise. Here why I said that; 1. Very clean, ( Got A's rating which means 'sangat bersih) 2. Nice interior design( wallpaper, chairs, tables) 3. The A/C is not too cold. 4. Good service. 5. There are one staff covering up in dine places( for cleaning and customer guide)

The fried chicken is very delicious & crunchy; business super good as per strategic location; however, after eaten, whole night stay alert. That night I only eaten KFC as my Last meal. Not sure what they put inside the chicken. No wonder business so good; just my 2cents.. (I usually have this whole night alert problem when I take coffee or tea; but this is just chicken? So weird? Got caffeine?logically KFC shd hv gone through gov inspection and so on)

This is the most failed KFC in town... The chicken cook so white, hard bite... Has upgrade to screen self order, it's ok, but at least improved more stability and provide service, all staff sitting and 3 to 4 person do a same thing... This is the most failed KFC in Butterworth! And try he drive thru system always close,.... Very inconvenient! No more, this made me feel KFC disgusting

Spicy cheesy not the same as advertised. And take away, bucket holiday, no whipped potato provided.

1. Went through drive-thru, haven't finish ordering, but she just say please pay in front. 2. Went to counter to add on order, the girl still ignore us and continue to take order for the next car 3. Everything is finish. tutup jea la kedai.

been there 720am for breakfast but its not opened, they need to update the latest operation hour.

The chicken cooked is fresh, quite and clean. I actually enjoy the limited time offer, really save a lot and make me feel full.

What i hate ordering from this Fast food restaurant is that they dont give the food same as the picture look like. Cheesy wedges with little bit amount of cheese that dont cover the entire wedges. The employees must know how many amount to put and make sure everybody get the same as what the advertisement said. Its not fair customer dont get their satisfication..

Big and juicy chicken. Staff are friendly and able to fullfil request as long it is reasonable. Will be better if more parking space so can enjoy the food in store.

The staff on duty (Dayana) shall received a-big-fat performance bonus as she explained very clear n in a well mannered when I ordered JIMAT loaded which was not within it time frame of offer, and even offered me with other options to choose It is remarkably fantastic and I am able to accept her suggestion without any hesitation . Place was nice and clean. But the food though was awful. The chicken was undercook also tasteless. I used to go to kfc most of the time but I hate it so much.

Bought loaded potatoes bowl tapi rasa dia cam dah lama, the cheese in darker colours and the taste of potatoes pun lain 🥹

I think originally this is meant to Bea for takeaway only, there are a few parking spaces for cars and motorcycles but not many. Everything else is like a usual KFC, when i was there they had no coleslaw and replaced by mashed potato. I don't know if it was a general supply chain problem and if the branch can be blamed or not. Anyhow I enjoyed my meal and went on.

We need to order and purchase from the displayed screen, choose the menu, item from the displayed screen, select pay by cash or by credit card, take out a receipt from a dispenser under the displayed screen, and then bring the receipt to the cashier. (On the other hand, payment can be made to the cashier if paid by cash).

Fast Service. Availability of parking space make it easier for dine or take out if dont want to drive thru.

Bad service, never improve!! Order original but always give spicy!! They never know our children's need!!
