Placed 2 orders via a popular delivery service, the restaurant did not accept the orders and could not be reached when I called to query. The delivery service could not tell me why this restaurant did not accept my orders as they were also unable to get through when calling.

Waited an hour for my order to be cancelled. Got delayed several times until cancelled and didn’t pick up the phone. Now everything is closed and I can’t order food. Learn some time management!

Jo the guy who works here needs to be recognized for his good work. I ordered food through bolt and the driver forgot my drink. Jo made a plan and brought it for me. I'm happy with the service.

The price makes you think you’re getting a slider but it’s a burger worthy of the name. Order yourself two burgers and make one of them a combo with chips and you’ve got yourself one of the best burger meals in the city and it’s R100.

I have just experienced and incident where a guy came in, already highly drunk, sat himself down, slapped his hands on the window counter and demanded a beer. He tried to make convo with all of us but because of his highly intoxicated state, nobody wanted to engage with him. Thanks to Lucy for taking the reighns and denying him a beer. After he became a little bit agro, she immediately went to management and reported the incident. Thanks to the team. He was escorted by the local security in the street and he left. I will celebrate this by having another beer. Thanks Brewski. You guys rock.

I’ve tried every burger place. This is the best one yet. Good meat, good bun, no extra craziness (I don’t get the glaze) and good price. It’s so hard to find a good burger in Cape Town. The fries are also really good.
