First
of
all
I
am
not
payed
by
anyone
(like
most
of
the
"local
guides"
that
are
rating
4/5
stars
this
place,
after
a
payment
or
a
free
dinner)
so
my
review
will
be
absolutely
fair,
honest
and
thorough.
I
visited
Il
Mulino
with
my
family
and
my
friend's
family.
Food
is
TERRIBLE
(we
were
there
on
September
18th
'22
so
it
is
all
trackable).
Appetizers
(fried
zucchini
and
fried
bread)
soaking
in
a
fried
oil
(not
even
dried
before
being
served)
of
bad
quality
and
smelling
like
something
that
was
dipping
in
oil
for
a
very
long
time.
Main
course
was
even
worse.
We
had
Saltimbocca.
OMG!
The
most
simple
recipe
in
Italy
literally
killed
by
a
chef.
Plenty
of
salt,
poor
quality
of
the
meat
and
a
sort
of
gravy
sauce
mixed
with
burnt
salvia
and
spinach
underneath
(see
posted
photo)
without
any
culinary
logic.
My
son
got
a
kids
beef
fillet.
Meat
was
of
the
poorest
quality
ever
(like
frozen)
and
french
fries
even
worse
(again
dipping
in
the
fried
oil
and
not
dried
like
the
zucchini
above).
We
tried
something
else
to
see
if
we
could
be
finally
luckier
but
even
a
simple
chocolate
cake
was
terrible,
stiff
and
clearly
badly
conserved.
This
place
is
a
NO-GO
and
definitely
NOT
an
Italian
eatery.
It
does
not
serve
any
quality
food.
I
could
not
save
anything
except
the
server
(Simon)
that
was
very
sweet,
comprehensive
and
apologized
several
times
when
she
saw
we
left
the
food
on
the
table.
One
more
suggestions,
please
do
not
trust
the
Miami
Spice
advertisement
suggesting
brunch
at
this
place,
the
brunch
menu
is
like
a
breakfast
menu
and
definitely
not
as
the
brunch
menu
shown
in
their
website.
A
clearly
misleading
advertisement
to
attract
people.
Summarizing
an
overall
bad
experience
that
we
are
not
going
to
repeat.
I
neither
blame
the
restaurant
manager
nor
the
chef
but
those
we
put
them
in
such
an
exclusive
place
like
Acqualina
Resort.
Such
a
poor
food
quality
combined
with
poor
culinary
knowledge,
bad
restaurant
organization
is
NOT
acceptable,
especially
with
that
prices
list!
