    Great!!! Finally get New Bunnings near by . Always good place to find the tool & Hardware. Comfortable undercover parking area. Tidy and clear display everything. 8.5 kg Gas swap price are great deals. Bunnings always my favourite place to go.

    Kody and Ashton in the timber yard were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help. Great teamwork and guided me through the entire construction of my retaining wall. I will definitely be coming back to this Bunnings. These boys deserve recognition for their helpful and polite etiquette.

    Asking for price match with the other tools store, but some staff act like I asked for free or stealing, especially the SERVICES DESK STAFF. Just let you know, I am one of your customers, I just follow your PRICE MATCH POLICY, however I asked for price match but I still pay for it, if you couldn’t do it, give me the reason and please don’t keeping wispy and looking at me like a thief for my next visit.

    A large, fairly new, clean warehouse style format store. Plenty of undercover parking on lower level with lifts and escalators up to the shopping level. There are enough staff employed yet it does seem hard sometimes to find someone with a red shirt on. Fortunately I've been lucky and found the right people to help me.

    We transformed our garage with the Epoxy kit from Bunnings Acacia Ridge after the recommendation by staff member Kody. Kody gave us all the tips, tricks and advice needed to do the project. It turned out so well and we are so glad we went to the Acacia Ridge Bunnings as we got all the help we needed and more. Thanks Kody for your recommendation and for being so helpful.

    Located just beside the main road. Big signboard over there. So you will hardly miss it. Plenty of parking spots when I visited here. The stocks are very complete. I don't think there is anything you couldn't find here. I mean for the hardware stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. Have some enquiry but they manage to sort it out for me. The price is normal though. I can't say it is very cheap nor expensive. Overall it is a very complete store where you can get a lot of stuff here.

    Large and spacious. Pleasant staff. Stocked certain products that other Bunnings doesn’t carry. So I have to make this long trip again, to return a malfunction charger. However, if they would do a test of electricals before purchasing would be advantageous. Now I am hoping it’s going to work this time 🤔

    Your employee Senith is an actual star. I was so overwhelmed walking around looking for what I was after, I didn't even need to flag him down he saw my confusion and came to me to ask if he could help. He then showed me where the items were located, loaded them on the trolley, help me wheel the trolley to the checkout and out to my car and loaded the car for me. Absolute legend! Thank you so much!!

    Massive store, we ended up spending almost 2 hours here, and appreciated being able to buy a cold drink. A huge selection, love their outside selection, hubby was more interested in the tools.

    The best people work here. We bought an outdoor bench setting recently. Had our eye on a particular set but was sold out so few weeks ago asked for the demo set to be sold to us but lady working on that day wasn't helpful at all and we returned home disappointed. Last week we went back and spoke to a beautiful young lady called Katrina. I mentioned to her that it was for our son's memorial garden and if she could please find us a set. She was so very polite, helpful and went out of her way to get us the set. Then she discounted it further due to previous experience we had instore and arranged delivery. All we can say is that it got better by the minute. Additionally, a young man called Christopher took possession and got everything in order for delivery. To top it all off, it was arranged to be delivered a day earlier then expected. Along with the set, we were sent a box of beautiful plants for our son's garden and a beautiful card from the team at Bunnings Acacia Ridge. We have finally completed our son's garden and it looks absolutely amazing. We can only say how pleasantly surprised we are at the kindness displayed by the Team at Acacia Ridge and the service kindness and understanding shown by Katrina. This is unmatched, at any Bunnings store. Again, Thank you so very much for your understanding and kind thoughts and for helping us achieve how we wanted our son's garden to look. We lost our child to cancer and we are going through grief and sadness every second of the day. Katrina and the Teams generosity and understanding of our situation is unfathomable.

    I went to this store about Bunnings, Acacia Ridge, 8:00 PM 8/9/23 looking for an item. I went to the place they would be kept and could not find it. I asked the young women at the door if she could help by looking the item up on her Bunnings. She said I could look it up, but I have to get the trollies off the lift and walked away. Went to another employ and asked if he knew where they might be, but said preemptively, that I had been through aisle 12 already where they would logically be. He responded, well that’s where they will be. I asked then if he could look up on his Bunnings technology which aisle location, I would find them in. It seemed like he was annoyed by that request, but did look it up and informed me that the item was no longer available. I went to look for another item but had no success, so asked another employee to which she responded, aisle 51 or 52, “give that a shot.” I went to aisle 51 and 52 to no avail, so I left. I found the product I needed elsewhere the next day. I have found this store to be on a steep decline in customer service since they opened. I went in another time, and asked where I might find castors. The person’s response was a quizzical, “are they those little wheels?” I think this store has some real staffing problems.

    Very impressed by the customer service from Joshua. He helped us with our kitchen planning and design. He gives great ideas, is very patient and has great people skills. He made the process easy and smooth. Highly recommend him.

    Undercover parking is definitely a bonus coming here. Unfortunately shoping later in the afternoon/night I tend to find it hard to find staff around to help. When help is found, staff are not really knowledgeable or helpful. I found it simpler to just google in store what items are required for a job.

    Excellent customer service from the young lady at the self checkout area she assisted with scanning and loading up my purchases on my trolley - time was 02/07/23 between 9:30am-10am, definitely went above and beyond indeed really really appreciated 👍

    Ordered a fire pit for Click & Collect as it showed as in stock on their website. Received a call very quickly to say it wasn't and they had transferred the order to another store and then received notification they were going to deliver it direct to us instead. It arrived within just a couple of days. Suited me fine! Thanks for the good customer service, it was appreciated.

    I officially give up on this store. One time I went in for extra masks having contracted covid (but had waited the time required before leaving the house). He wanted to help me then got ridiculous saying he had booked a holiday and went off to tell a colleague. How unprofessional. Today at special deliveries treated like garbage by someone who needs to be sacked. Goodbye Bunnings

    Usual wonderful range of products from cleaning materials to hardware, plants, builders materials etc. Great to have undercover parking given the recent rains. The sausage sizzle is undercover as well. And bonus points to the lovely young lad who made our coffee. He even brought it out to our cafe table, with a smile. 😀. Update Oct22: still great there. Nice sausages today for the sizzle. Good coffee too. 👍

    Since moving to Australia I've been pretty surprised at how nice everyone is, but this Bunnings has been next level, the 3 times I've been here in the last month the staff have just been so genuinely friendly and helpful and not just to customers but to one another too. While I haven't yet had to ask for any specific detailed product advice, I've had a fair number of general enquiries and interactions and there has not been a single time where the staff member hasn't been wonderful.

    Bought a set of monkey bars here for my son. Very well priced compared to other monkey bars on sale. Really good service and helpful staff. They had a smoker going making homemade pizzas and a sausage sizzle on too!

    I went to buy some electrical bits and pieces and a garden sprayer that was shown to be in stock . I couldn't find the garden sprayer so I asked the " team member" Hayden for help he showed me where they should have been but none was there,so sorry I can't help you and walked away, just keep looking around. I found another member John, from the tool shop who checked stocks and said they showed 200 he then proceeded to check all areas that they could have been eventually he couldn't find any, but made a great effort What a difference in attitude towards towards customers Full marks to John Hayden needs retraining
