What wonderful customer service! So welcoming and informative on how it all worked! Recommend I try the pinto beans and they were amazing!! Decent size for the price! Was very happy and will definitely be back!

I was looking for GYG and this was the closest option. Good quality fresh food. All the ingredients are in front of you, so it makes it easy to customise your order. This business would appeal to a large demographic because they have options for junk food lovers but also for health fanatics. I especially enjoyed the brown rice on my burrito 👌

Got burrito bowls for $12.90 each. They weren’t bad. But I’d rather go to GYG and get much better tasting bowls for $12.50.

Staff are slack, attitude gives off a "couldn't care less" vibe. The store is filthy - check inside the cutlery containers and on the serviette box. You'll see the grime and layers of dust. Food is overcooked and dry. Paid extra for guacamole and got a pitiful amount. Disappointing experience.

Expensive. Staff don’t present the food nicely, it’s everywhere. It’s falling, nothing will be left except the the taco shell. Paid 25.00 for 3 tacos including water.

I’m a regular customer here at the browns plains store. I just wanted to say the service is great from many of the young employees except I havnt but noticed 1 young girl who is always working and seems to always be overrun with work. Each time I go into store I can see on her face that she is so stressed out and over worked and I feel for the poor girl. It seems as if the manager barley works and gets this one young lady to run the store. I have nothing but good reviews for this place but I have nothing but bad reviews for the manager.

Been enjoying this restaurant until today. Upon ordering a single taco, I was informed that I couldn't turn it into a combo as it 'wasn't a main meal'. There's no indication on the mini combo promotion nor anywhere visible that this is the case I'm astounded that this restaurant is capable of misleading advertising.

I had a quesadilla today for the first time ever. The team were very helpful and understanding of me taking my time to order. They helped me make the perfect order and I will definitely be back as the food was absolutely delicious and the staff were amazing.
