I had my engagement ring made here. Very happy with the results. The staff are lovely. Bill was very helpful and patient with us. I took a while to decide what I wanted. When I found what I wanted I sent him photos of it and he made the ring exactly the same. We got our wedding bands made there too. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back to get more jewellery made!

The loveliest team, so keen to help their customers. I called ahead to find out if they could resize a ring, and the lady on the phone was polite, friendly and helpful. I came in the next day to drop it off and I could see why they had people lined up outside! Only $55 to resize my ring and great communication. This is where I will be bringing all my jewellery in the future.

This shop’s staff member was aggressive, defensive, told lies, was unreliable and dishonest. The shop out sources work without notifying customers their items go off site. No record of what has been sent out is kept at the shop. Ticket numbers for the work is not always given to the customer so their is no proof of the shop having a person’s valuables. Very unprofessional and a terrible experience.

I had a cheap steel chain necklace with a pendant that had its clasp break. My brother recommended me this place after they'd resized his engagement ring, because they had been very pleasant, helpful, professional and affordable, so i went in to get it fixed. The staff replaced the clasp with a spare they had on hand free of charge and sent me on my way. Incredibly pleasant experience across two different visits we've had there now, genuinely top notch. Please take your business here so that i feel less guilty about having been helped entirely for free!

Great place people I can say I'm very happy with this place. I never new how all this gold stuff works after being giving a present when I was only 4 years old that was 22ct gold bracelet as a kid. They tested it with a x ray machine and paid me there and then. How easy. I went to one other place that offered me around one third of what they paid me. Lia from BGB was very friendly and professional, explained what my items were worth, and because I was very happy with the value I sold my items the process only took 10 minutes. Brisbane Gold Brokers paid me the rates they advertise on their website which I doubt I would find anywhere else.

Every time I visit B&G Jewellery I have to remind myself that decent and good hearted people still exist! This is a family oriented business and they are doing their job with such a love and not money driven at all. If anything-they pay too little for their services! I had 3 watches that needed new battery (I thought battery was an issue).They opened all 3, realised one is permanently damaged but battery was fine , took a battery out of that one and placed in the other one. Third watch just needed to be 'started' and battery was fine. They started the watch, shortened the bracelet and for all that work they charged only 6$ for one battery! You won't find any place anywhere else that is this cheap and reliable. And on top of that, these are the most pleasant people I've met 🙂

Nothing ever feels like too much when we go to B&G. We have been so well looked after by Bill and his crew. They made our engagement ring and we absolutely love it. We have had a lot of other jewellery cleaned, fixed, resized, ordered etc over the years and they are always so accommodating.

They took care of me in a difficult situation where I had a ring stuck on my finger and was very swollen and I felt unwell due to the pain (I had caused) they gave me tea and biscuits and let me take my time cutting the ring off.
