I have been a client for a number of years using the services of the physiotherapist, Osteopath and massage therapy and I can say that you won't be disappointed with their professionalism, courtesy and knowledge in their respective fields. I would definitely recommend using this clinic.

Walked in with lower back pain, hobbled out doubled over. Reception very rude as well. Quacks. Steer clear. Unfortunately had to give them one star because there is no lesser option

Tyack health is overrated. They are just a business money making machine turning over patients for a buck. They just left me sick and in the heat outside for 50 mins because of potential gastro symptoms to tell me the doctor has taken another patient. Complete negligence leaving patients out in the heat at midday for up to an hour. I left so I don’t get heat stroke also. So much for an appointment. Will now have to go to another GP today and won’t be coming back.

I have always experienced rude reception staff at almost every clinic I’ve attended in my lifetime. This reception team are the worst, they’re blunt, rude, they rush you, they have no compassion. Second to this, One of your doctors who saw my Partner made a mistake with a script, which left her paying a $120.00 appointment fee and more than double for her script which only lasted 9 days?!!! It eventually got sorted, however we are out of pocket more than we should be… And all without an apology. Not good enough.

their use of alternative health practices means that they utterly fall short of my expectations. Not only do they advise these terrible practices, they also offer the pretence of a real practice, rather than a dumb money magnet for the misguided.

Needed some Chiropractic work in a hurry. Was a little reluctant but could not be more pleased with the outcome. 'Wayne' was one of the best I have ever come across (considering I was a random patient 900 kms from home on holidays). The facility was very professional. Not intimidating. Staff could not have been more helpful both at the visit for the appointment and when arriving for the appointment. Had the appointment in less than 24hrs. Waited only 10mins. Cannot be more praising of the Centre. Easy and plentiful parking. Clean and aesthetic. Wish all center's could take a leaf from their book.

I will not go to Tyack Health because I do not like the reception staff. They are not friendly and rude. When you arrive they just talk amongst themselves and ignore you. So I applied a new tactic. I would just walk up to counter and look at nothing and say nothing. This made them uncomfortable and they would just look at each other wondering who would serve me and who could last the longest without saying anything. Well I am the customer so I should be welcomed first. .... Also I am going to the doctor so I am possibly not well ... Reception staff do not greet you and simply don't care .. They look like they hate their jobs and don't like people ... Then why be in that job .. if you don't like you're job reception staff then quit and go and now lawns for a living. Anyway I will never go back to Tyack Health just because I don't like the reception staff. See ya

I would have to say that this is the best health clinic I have ever been to. Dr Daniel Hourigan is the most personable, caring physician I have had in over 60 years. He listens and he does not force medications or procedures on patients. He advises but then understands that it is my body and my decision. All the staff from those at the front counter to the nurses are caring, cheerful, wonderful people. In these times when they are under stress and working in difficult conditions, they can still smile, have a joke, show care and concern for patients and it is a tribute to each of them. It makes having to see the doctor a much more pleasant experience.

I was happy they fixed my sore lower back when many other specialists I visited could only offer temporary relief. My son has had his sore neck treated there and my wife is going there today for a back that's out of alignment.

After going in for check up and getting bloodwork done , received an sms to call non urgently. Was advised that I could make an appointment so the doctor could call me . Received an sms saying I “may” be charged. The doctor called 30 minutes late , told me everything was ok and good . 5 minutes after call ended I received sms asking to call for payment. About $15 less than an in person appointment. Was never advised at time of call that I would be charged .

Very proffecinal, courteous and caring like how every medical or holistic health centre should be with out ask questions.

Takuzo Kimura is the finest physiotherapist I have ever received treatment from. He puts his heart and soul into ensuring you are back to peak mobility as quickly as possible. Taku uses a hands on approach and his knowledge of the human body and how it functions is second to none. I just wish I had discovered his skillset with previous injuries. I would have saved time and money.

Doctor Cohen is the best! He genuinely cares about every one of his patients and knows that he always asks my mum how I am whenever she goes in without me. He is very knowledgeable compared to other doctors I have seen. He is very friendly and would drive an hour to see him if I had to. Tyack health were able to fix my lower back issues where many others couldn’t, It has allowed me to work with much less pain and be more productive. They are always friendly and professional.

If you need a physiotherapist ask for Dervla. Just wow! I went in barely able to move my neck, and with a throbbing headache. After 1 session with her my headache is gone and I have movement back. Reception is friendly. Well designed centre.

Dervla Murphy is a fantastic physiotherapist. As a chiropractor myself I only trust her to help me out when I run into trouble. She is extremely knowledgable and always solves the issue! I highly recommend her

Today I had my first appointment with exercise physiotherapist Jasmine and I am so happy to have found someone who takes a holistic approach to pain and how to manage it. I have been bouncing between doctors, massage therapists, myotherapists and physios for years but Jasmine really took the time to understand my story and create a personalised game plan. I can’t wait to continue working with her to increase my strength and reduce symptoms of pain.

I just wanted to say, Dr Dobson, is a stand out doctor, the best I’ve ever seen in 30 years. Knowledgeable, likeable, listens, and most importantly.. HE BLOODY FIXED ME, clever guy, wish he wasn’t leaving.

Excellent surgery. Dr Wade is genuine and thorough and makes you feel comfortable. Reception staff go over and above, in that a couple of times I've needed referral forwarded to a facility when I misplaced my request form and they have very efficiently done it on the spot when I phoned them. I agree at times you can feel like you are standing there like a lemon waiting to be acknowledged, awkward but I have been a Medical Receptionist in GP land and it's an extremely demanding job. Professional, I have experienced no errors with anything. Incredibly lovely leafy rain forest style grounds. Very impressed.

* Good location, facility and nice doctors. * Large parking space on site (busy these days, but street parking is also available) * QML pathology service available I've been a client for over 4 years now. At a walkable distance from my place, it was a very good option. But for the last one year they too busy and it's hard to get a GP appointment. Top of that the staffs are not really helpful. Since 2021, many times I was told that there is no GP appointment for over two weeks, without even asking us how urgent is it and what the situation is. Once I said it's quite urgent and a phone appointment would also be OK. Instead of even checking for other options, or asking us what the issue was, I was advised to go to Community Health Center. I got two small kids and lot of unexpected happens. Can't wait for 2-3 weeks for a GP appointment. It's almost impossible for me to use TyackHealth as a family clinic because I am regularly seeing doctors are other clinics as they don't have appointments. So Not going back there and moved to another family clinic from May 2022.

Lovely people, lovely exterior aesthetic. I can't overstate what a good mood all the foresty vibes put me in. I went here for physio years ago and made a full recovery, and I'm now getting awesome results here with massage. Surprisingly cheap.

The doctors there are amazing all care and work hard to help patients Reception staff however are unhelpful and fairly unpleasant at times and will leave you in a medical emergency without offering any alternatives or potential ways to help. They seem insensitive, dismissive and Uncooperative in a medical emergency. Didn’t offer any alternative potential options

I had Connor Gilliland for physiotherapy for back pain and he was extremely friendly and professional. He gave clear assessment and information regarding exercises and stretches that have drastically improved my back pain. Just have to make sure to keep doing your exercises and his treatment works wonders! Highly recommend.

I have been very happy with all my treatment at this practice. Perhaps there could be a bit more communication with the other services to get a better all round picture of a persons state of health. Overall a very well run practice and very caring staff.

Today was my first time receiving treatment from Lisa for a lower back and glute injury, not only did Lisa help treat and improve my current problem areas, she also found and worked on other problem areas including a postural abnormality I never knew I had. She took extra time to work on these areas both muscular and skeletal, and took the time to further educate me on many things, and answer numerous amounts of questions I had. Lisa is very well educated, experienced, knowledgeable and caring. It wasn't the quick in-and-out appointment I've had with many previous chiropractors. I walked out of my appointment today with no pain, improved posture, and a more aligned and relaxed body from head to foot. She is very thorough and really good at what she does. Just from this amazing experience alone I will continue to see Lisa for any musculoskeletal issues/problems/injuries/concerns, and anything else I require treatment for in the future. 10/10 first appointment! Definitely worth seeing Lisa today and once again I HIGHLY RECOMMEND seeing/booking in with her for anyone and everyone! Thank you Lisa for such a fantastic first appointment! Tyack Health is a professional clinic. I use their Chiropractic services, they use a range of techniques and are very knowledgeable.

Excellent doctors and allied health professionals whom at all times have shown myself and my family the utmost care and attention. Sometimes wait times for the GP's can be lengthy, but if you're nice to the front desk team they'll usually let you know how far your GP is behind so you can spend less time in the waiting room :)

Dervla is an extremely positive physio, listens and has loads of ideas on how to tailor treatment to your needs. She is friendly, genuinely empathetic and highly motivational! I would recommend to everyone! Andy is brilliant GP with genuine patient care. He listens intently and always has the patients best interest at heart. Extremely pationate and friendly, highly reccomend.

Finally I've found a good practice. This is where you go if you want solutions not just "it might be a viral infection" especially great for the kids as we all know, kids aren't always the best at explaining things, yet they still get results for them. Very happy!
