Before
you
make
an
appointment
here
-
consider
what
it
is
that
you
want
from
it
and
whether
its
worth
an
$80
fee.
Based
off
my
experience
recently,
this
clinic
is
purely
focused
on
receiving
revenue
from
patients
and
not
providing
a
basic
service.
I
attended
this
clinic
for
a
consultation
after
an
aggressive
virus
and
was
told
to
"see
how
you
go"
over
the
next
week.
She
provided
no
useful
information
or
suggestions
to
make
the
consultation
worthwhile.
I
left
that
room
baffled
and
confused
about
why
I
was
about
to
spend
$80
for
a
consultation
fee
when
I
didn't
really
have
a
consultation
and
received
a
far
more
superior
service
from
a
sales
assistant
at
a
chemist.
The
GP
had
advised
that
whatever
I
was
currently
doing
was
fine
and
seemed
satisfied
with
a
self-diagnosis
in
regards
to
non-related
issue.
I
was
never
asked
to
complete
a
new
patient
form.
Nobody
asked
for
my
medicare
card.
Despite
having
the
ability
to
provide
the
medicare
rebate
onsite,
it
was
never
offered.
A
parking
ticket
would
be
more
satisfying
as
somewhere
along
the
way
you
would
have
achieved
some
sort
of
goal
at
the
destination.
I
would
assume
that
as
a
new
patient
at
a
clinic,
they
would
be
attempting
to
build
a
loyal
customer
base,
perhaps
suggest
some
blood
tests
at
least
given
the
symptoms.
Let
me
highlight
that
it’s
not
the
fee
I
find
expensive,
it’s
the
fact
that
I
did
not
receive
a
service
I
paid
for.
I
reached
out
to
the
Company
to
request
either
another
consultation
with
a
GP
where
I
receive
the
service
I
paid
for
or
alternatively
a
refund.
I
was
offered
a
consultation
for
a
"discounted
rate"
and
apology
for
"miscommunication"
and
certainly
no
credit
for
a
second
appointment.
Unless
you
need
a
medical
certificate,
I
highly
recommend
you
do
not
visit
this
clinic.
