I have purchased several items from Crown, but this anniversary ring is the nearest and dearest to my heart. Everyone who works here is great! They were able to answer questions we had about rings, let us try on some, and were able to tell us our ring sizes. We never felt pressured to make a purchase, but I did ask them to resize a ring I received as a gift from another jeweler. $69 and a week later, my ring is perfect! I will always go to Crown Jewelers for jewelry repair from now on!

Great service, and very honest. I needed my wedding ring enlarged after 56 years, and he was able to use another piece of jewelry I had, and there was more gold than he needed and he gave me the money for it.

My watch band broke and I came here and got mine replace they installed it and fit it to my wrist for only $15.00. My mother purchased a battery for her wach and they installed it to for a low price. The people are friendly and helpful here. They do some custom jewelry work that you can look at from a book. They sell watches, necklaces, earrings, bracelets and Wall clocks. They have quite a selection to choose from. If you're looking for some nice jewelry I recommend stopping by.

Appreciated how they answered my questions and I saw them doing the same for other customers while I was there. Way different than some big brick and mortar stores.

They're able to turn things around quickly and at a reasonable price. The quality of work is great.

Both the Goldsmith and Watchmaker are very knowledgeable and the other staff members ard very attentive. The prices are very reasonable and we like that we can support a independently owned small business. We appreciate they are still wearing masks as they have an employee with a compromised immune system. They have my business for life!

This is the place to take your vintage watches for repair. Tom is the watchmaker, and for the really serious stuff like regulating railroad pocket watches in all five positions he takes them to his wife, who got mine within a second a day.

I love this business and all of the people I met there. Found it online and took three pieces of jewelry in for repair. A gold watch, a gold, sapphire & diamond bracelet and a sapphire & diamond ring. Each needed something different from worn prongs to watch works to a missing stone. The people could not have been more helpful and pleasant to deal with. They updated me on the progress, everything was done within a week and the prices were more than fair. Each piece was like brand new polished and gleaming like the sun. I am ecstatic! I was so happy that I took a gold and diamond bracelet in for cleaning and polishing to give my wife for Christmas. They checked the stones, tightened the clasp and cleaned and polished it for me while I waited. I went to pay and they said "No Charge". They made my Christmas and maybe my whole year. Great service and people who care are so hard to find these days. I will think of new things to bring in to them for repair and tell everyone about their work. Fantastic!!!
